I transferred from a Madison property to another Madison property, both within the Greater Philadelphia area, and the quality is very consistent. I'd recommend their communities to those looking for higher-end apartments that skew toward working professionals. They're a bit pricey, but there's no point in buying a house in this market, so I'm comfortable here!
