Very Ghetto Establishment, you call on the phone and they answer very rudley and rhen they hang up on you before you can place your order.
When you try to call back the line is busy,this place sucks and their food taste like it's cooked in old grease.

Best Place in the city for southern style fried fish and seafoods. Staff is friendly, knowledgable and welcoming. Food is always superb.

Absolutely the best fried fish, the fried basa is my immediate go to. Customer service is horrible, they rarely answer the phone and are unprofessional but they can sure cook some fish and other foods.

fish is good, just have to get past the building an employees uncleanness an tonight every third word coming from Tyrone lips seems to be a very strong curse word, honestly it's time for the owner to rebuild an put the kitchen in the back out of sight.jms

Yummy catfish & butterfly shrimp! Hushpuppies were bitesize bursts of mmmmm good. Hot sauce was tasty as well. Cole slaw was my favorite side.

The catfish is SOOOOOO good and good for the soul....I have NEVER eaten anything that caused me to take such a wonderful nap right afterword in my life! Best fish in town period and good value as well.

The fish was off the chain however the mac & cheese and the greens were terrible.....

This place has been around since I was a little child. So it's kind of a iconic pillar of the community. My last review of this place was years ago oh, and I was in the area and I really wanted some fish. I decided to stop in and I am so glad I did. The inside of the place still looks the same well-loved but clean.

I think I forgot to take pictures before diving in!! This little gem in Kansas City has great food....it seemed to be a popular spot and was very busy so I would suggest calling your order in. Food was hot fresh and worth the wait. We ordered catfish filets, popcorn shrimp, greens (collard) and mac n cheese. Check them out!

Best fish place, I would get it to go. I recommend the basa.

I love the actual fish fry they use and it is the only kind we use at home. It is sold in store.

If you want fried fish in Kc this is where you go. Not city fish, not Luftis, you go to Mad Jack's. The options of fish, the breading, and sides if all far superior to the rest. And if you dont get a sweet potato pie for dessert you are only hurting yourself. It is the best damn pie in KC!

Order was completely wrong. Fish received was not what i ordered. Called them to let them and no answer. I had jusy left there 15 minutes ago and they could jave answered and said they where closed. Going to take back with this nasty old fish they gave.

Clean and great varieties of fresh fish and friendly staff. All orders appear to be delivered in less than 10 minutes.

Great place for fresh fish. Food is amazing affordable. Catfish was amazing. Frog legs are good. Next time I'm in KC definitely going to visit again.

Use to my favorite fish place of all time. Went here all my life! Knew most of the workers. Dont get me wrong still wonderful fish but those five pieces you get now for ten dollars just not as fulfilling as the catfish sandwiches use to be. Still love you cause you always been the best. But atleast two more pieces please!
