Bed bug infestation on going for over a year and a half horrible management hushed and swept the infestation under the rug . Puttting employees and customers at risk very negligent in my opinion. Lee Thorton was my manager in maintenance and is not only a horrible person to work for but a despicable human being in general. Abuse's his power and gives unwarranted points to employees whom he is threatened by .Many good employees lost their jobs due to his God complex he prievously worked for Nonnies Cookie fatory where he was given the opportunity to resign or be fired. For his anttics and making the uncomplicated complicated his team can't stand him and dubbed him the flea cause he slowly sucks the driving force out of you.

Great place to work. They work you hard but pay well.

I've worked for Macy's Fulfillment Center since before they opened. I think it's a great company. Although I have never worked for a company that doesn't hold there employees accountable for not following the guidelines, rules and instructions we were taught. Major lack of supervision and authority. Rules and regulations not enforced. Poor housekeeping. As far as wages and compensation go, you can walk in the door making the same amount of money as a person who's been with the company for over 5 years. No loyalty and poor moral and work ethics. Still dedicated.

They were nice but wouldn't let us drop our load until exact appt time. So much for being 24 hours early

Okay company to work for some Christmas money or to get away from other states i would say.

This was not a great job, they play favorites as well as lie about the wage till after you start! Thats what happened to me.

If you re trying to get a job here don t bother scheduling an appointment for an interview because they let all the walk ins go before the people who were smart enough to fill out their application online and schedule an interview. So now they expect you to just keep showing up on your lunch break hoping you can get in within enough time for you to get back to your job. Never experienced anything this unorganized in my life. So my advice would be to look elsewhere for employment unless you just happened to have all the time in the world to wait on them.

They are doing what they can to keep people working and keep them safe from covid-19 while at work.

I had a Macy's return arrive there on September 5th, which is verified by UPS tracking. Today is October 2nd and I have not received a refund. Macy's customer service is doing nothing except telling me that my package didn't arrive at the warehouse and to be patient. There is no one who can help me get my hundreds of dollars back.

Sucha nice place to wrk. New building is nice, big n clean. They have lots new equipments, however, they kinda lack some basic important equipements like scissors n boxcutters. Pay is great! You can put their self-schedule to great use. Some downfalls of wrking there was that wen its slow, management jus sends u off to different departments n leave u there for other management to deal with bc no one wants to deal with a group of employees lol especially seasonals. Most managment have no planning. And theres very little training on the floor. But overall its a good place to wrk. I recommend it if ur going to school or want a part time job.

Went to a job fair. They were very unorganized and once I filled out all of their paperwork and finally got to my interview, they informed me that the hours they advertised were never available to begin with! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!

Bad experience with a supervisor who didn't take time to communicate directly with me to assess an issue that was not handled professionally at all.

Parking is a nightmare traffic around the entrance and exit is major problem

Had a great experience just wish that some of the supervisors would appreciate some of the workers hard work and determination.

Good place for easy money. Wish they pay everyone for holiday money instead of the workers that been there for a few months and years

I enjoy what I do in WAVE/PATROL.THE night shift is great.Since there has been recent changes its so much better to be at work. The staff I work with is great.I like team work &can't stand LAZY!! So far it's a strong team.

They will lie to you and the open door isn't really for your benefit

If you don't mind working 40 hrs a week at a part time job this may be the place for you. Work isn't too difficult and co-workers are nice people.

The pay is decent, the hours are pretty good, but over all the management is laughable. If your hard up for work they take pretty much anyone, but if you want to work someplace that makes you feel at all like you matter I would consider finding someplace better.

The people were very friendly and helpful. And the wages weren't half bad either.

SUCK'S!!!!! The worst HR dept.ever!!!! The discrimination that goes on over there is ridiculous they lie straight to your face and treat their employees like crap!!! If you parent dies.... Guess what???? You are fired!! They brake a lot of laws where it comes to EEOC!!!
DO NOT WOKK FOR THIS COMPANY...... They will do to you, just what they do to to EVERY NEW HIRE... Unless you "know someone in HR!!!!
Upper management plays dumb to ANY complaint you my ha!!!!!i worked in HR and they are all Africans except for one old lady why is no threat to them!!!!! She is slow and kisses butt to keep her husband alive!! Take my word for it!!!! It is the worst place in the USA TO WORK!!! Cold hearted company that doesn't care for their employees!!! You won't get PROPERLY TRAINED!!!

I worked here for two years trained managers and supervisors RAN departments when none of them bothered to show up... Can't keep "working" supervisors.. They just get fired for setting on their a**.. Managers get let go for sexual harassment.. Had two warehouse managers already looking for the third.. Directors aren't picky as to what form of harassment they dish out... Corperate literally had to step in and tell the FC to get rid of the director that people kept suing... Dont bother with this place if you want anything more than a temp job.. Even then they could hire you for a week and let you go since Christmas was only a week away and thats all they needed you for. Oh and for seasonal help they just hire whoever shows up.. So there's a bunch of nasty ghetto "people" running around.. Someone threw up in the floor of my department and it literally took five hours and me going and yelling at AP and maintenance to figure out which one of them was supposed to call housekeeping.. Speaking of puke seen a facebook post today where someone went in the men's bathroom and just puked all over everything.. Intentionally.. People just have sex.. In the middle of aisles.. Except for the managers.. They do it in their office.. Oh and if some yells at you for you asking them to work you're the one thats in trouble.. Not the person that's been standing on their phone for five hours and cussed you out because you're the supervisor and how dare you expect your employees to work.. Even if you don't say anything and get them working you're still in trouble.. Its damned if you do damned if you don't... Definitly NOT a place for anyone with a military background to try to move into a leadership position. That type of management style is not acceptable.. Because once again how dare you tell an employee to do their damn job. They also broke an OSHA law and gave the unemployment office an attitude when they called and asked about it... That's fine though my husband got 9k while he went to school to get a real job.

Receiving open 7.00 am quick unloading overnight parking yes but in visitor parking lot

I'm completely disappointed in this place it was a decent place to work to get some extra money until this weekend they scheduled me for the whole weekend cut it short after 2 hours I got this job pay for my kids Christmas and catch up on the bill you think they'd at least let you finish your schedule days and get your last check

My friends work here and they like it a lot I heard it was a pretty cool place to work

recruiters suggest a job, and don't give information during the hiring process wait until orientation. all the way through orientation you sit and then find out the job is not as described very disappointing

I would rate it about 2.5 if I could. Terrible management. Not nearly enough breaks for 10-12 hour shifts while doing a physical job. Which has gotta be in violation of labor law, I would think. Very crowded break rooms, outdoor areas are filled with smoke. If you're desperate for work, it's better than a lot of jobs out there though. It's not a bad deal if you're wanting extra cash during the holiday season. But for year round employment, not so much. They'll schedule you for 2 days a week and move you from department to department like a rented mule if you're working during the non-holiday season. However it is consistent work, just likely part time. If you need something temporary it'll get you by. The pay is ok for what it is. No benefits. Better than a construction job.

It easy to get to, friendly staff, and they put you to work as long as you wanna work (do your job)
