Being able to cook my own meals, relax on the couch, and sleep in a comfortable bed without dealing with the issues some coworkers faced—like loud neighbors, pests, or landlord drama—made a big difference. If I get sent back to Esterhazy for work, I’ll definitely check for available units and stay here again.
