Johnny Duggan has always helped me with my car.....he is efficient, confident, and fun to work with....He is pleasant and makes shopping for automobiles fun!

Took my truck in a couple months ago to get the hands free looked at, service manager was gonna check on getting the part ordered, I never heard anything back, I took it back last Thursday and had to start all over again, they took it back,found an internal malfunction, I waited for almost 2 hours, I had to get home so I told the new service manager to call me when he found out something cause he acted like he didn't really care, 3 days later I still have not heard anything from them,I want to do my business locally but I guess I'm gonna have to take it to enterprise to get my truck fixed, and I have bought 2 vehicles from their and apparently cause its under warranty they don't want to fix it

My wife's New Armada shut down on her 5 hours from home. The service department diagnosed problem quickly and had her on the road by the next morning.

I'm from Colorado, I had to have my car towed to this dealership because because ot wasn't fixed properly by gerber after an accident. Transmission blew up. Months later and after they fixed a recall and a starter issue, communication with the insurance company and the dealership has left me stranded. I got lied to on both ends, now I can't get my car back and still have to pay on it. No response from either side for a week now. Enjoy my car....

Huge thanks to Brad Boothe, we were approved at other dealers but ended up with the same vehicle, lower miles and bumper to bumper warranty for less money. Great fast and friendly experience servicing my Jeep Wrangler transmission.

The Walt Massey team provided every convenience while working on my vehicle. They were prompt and courteous.

A little disappointed that the service dept did not do what was asked. FCA wanted dealership to look at deployed headrest and get back with FCA so they could come up with a game plan. Service dept simply gave my daughter a cost (after waiting for an hour or so) replacing headrest.

We took our car for recall work and treated very well and work was completed quickly.

Brad Boothe was our salesman and he ROCKS! He put us in a 2018 Ram 2500 Diesel. We sort of had an emergency and needed a new, bigger truck to haul our camper. He stayed with us all the way thru and Stephanie was our Financial Guide and she Rocks also and made the Financing stress free. From start to finish with us driving away--3.5 hours.

Jesse was a really sweet person and the tech that worked on my vehicle did an great job.

No problems parts come in as should. They called to verify my appointment as we had discussed. Parts were put on & I picked my truck up in a Reasonable amount of time.

Salesman was great, did everything over the phone. Didn't have to leave my recliner (lol). We used texting to communicate our requirements. Photos of trade in, price of the Ram truck with rebates and getting the PO to my lender. Finished the paper that morning and my new truck was delivered that afternoon to my door. It was truly amazing considering I'm 72yrs old and don't know diddley about this electronic stuff.

I have used Massey several times now to service my Toyota Camry and every time I go in the staff are always nice and friendly! Jessica was real helpful this time due to the fact I had to go to work and leave the car till after 11 pm and she was like no problem I m gonna do this and this and she did. Nice to have a dependable place to leave your vehicle and for them to work around busy people s schedules!!

2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Excellent experience with this dealership. Absolutely no pressure! A couple of calls and the deal was done. No going back and forth or playing the usual cat and mouse games like a lot of dealerships play. Emailed me the paperwork to review before the Jeep was delivered. I was so pleased with the arrangements, I didn't even test drive it or go to the dealership. They delivered my new vehicle too! Great vehicles at a good price, with a awesome selection. The salesman are also very good and will do anything they can to put you in a vehicle. Buyer beware though, once you sign that paper, you are completely forgotten about...

I started using Massey back in August when I purchased my vehicle. I had the oil changed and had them check my tires and stuff. On the paper everything was green(for good) except the air filters. I take my vehicle back and in told I couldn't get my tires balanced and rotated because they were in the Red (danger zone). I was told I needed tires all the way around. Mind you, it's only been 3 & 1/2 months since they were checked. I was quoted over $1400 for tires, balance and Mount. I ask how I could have gotten in the "red" zone needing all new tires in this short period of time & I was told the X Employee that serviced my car didn't do his job. So now, I'm riding on bad tires and have been and didn't even know it!! I go to work everyday and do my job to the best of my ability and training, I put my trust and basically my life in Massey's hands, trusting they would keep me safe on the road by doing there Job.
I was told I would receive a phone call on 12/12 to see how things can be made right with my vehicle, & I called y'all yesterday due to no phone call, and was told the one that was handling my stuff was out. I understand he's out, but I was left and still am left in the dark about my vehicle and "how y'all are going to make this right".
I think that in the future, and to keep your customers safe on the road, if you have a problem with someone not doing their job, maybe you should pull the records of cars that individual worked on and call your customers to recheck the vehicles to keep us safe. We do depend on y'all to do a very important job and we do in a big way put our lives in your hands.

I wanted a 3500 diesel truck. They had one on the property. So i bought it.

I've used Massey Automotive many times over the past 3-4 years on the recommendation of a friend. I haven't been disappointed yet. The waiting room is clean and well stocked with coffee, water and soft drinks for customers waiting. The bathroom is cleaner than most public places. The staff is courteous and professional. I recommend their automotive service for all your needs. I'm always in and out within a reasonable time.

Went Saturday to get my Truck Serviced and they got me right in.. I surprised them with Bacon, Egg, an Cheese Biscuits for there Breakfast..

From the first phone call to the love that was given to me when I left hands down the best group of people. On vacation for out of town headed home and my truck broke down late on a Saturday evening and I called Walt Massey Chrysler and let them know what had happened. They say they would be glad to check my truck and even offered to let me park my camper on their back lot. Went above what was expected and even gave us a loaner car to get home . The service department especially Jessie was great they kept me informed every step of the way even checking on us when we were running a little late when we came to pick up the truck. This place is the best would recommend them to everyone.

Usually gets done with your vehicle in a timely manner.

It took them 2 1/2 hrs to change my oil when I had an appointment. Not cool. Also told my wife she needed a new radio for $600 when all the radio needed was a Free firmware update. When I spoke to the service manager, he offered me a free car wash. Not cool at all.

The sales people are nice and really concerned about what the customer needs or wants. We have recently purchased two vehicles from them. Both times they have found what we needed quickly and called to check regularly if we liked the vehicle after purchase.

It was an awesome experience with Josh Sutton and the other people who helped us. The only issue we had that was unpleasant was the parts manager. He was unprofessional, but besides that it was a great experience. Thanks everyone besides the parts manager.

We have used Massey Automotive for over 30 years. This past week, I took my car in for just an oil change and a brake check. As always, they were efficient, the work was done correctly, and I received a verbal appraisal on where my car was (health-wise) and when to have the brakes checked again. I trust them completely, with 33 years of experience behind us. PS -- wonderful waiting area with refreshments, two cubicles for working privacy, and general seating area.

The young lady was very friendly and helpful unfortunately most of the vehicles that I had seen on the website were at another location or had been sent to auction. There very large stock didn't include much left in the price range I was looking at.
