Don't bother with this place unless you are from a huge company placing a massive order. I own a small business and as soon as I walked in I felt unwelcome and judged. I came in on the first day of their working year because I needed my order ASAP. Stacey took 1-2 weeks to reply to my e-mails and send me things she said she'd send, and only did so after I asked my friend who worked there to bug her for me. It took TWO MONTHS for my order to be sorted because of this. The e-mails weren't anything big, would have taken 1 minute to send. My order could have been sorted out in 1 week if she only replied once a day. 1 minute out of 8 working hours is nothing. I was disgusted in this lack of communication. When I finally came in to pick up my order, she didn't even apologize for it taking so long. If they didn't want to do jobs for small businesses then they should just say so, not stuff people around who need it the most. I wasted so much money paying for a website that I couldn't use until I had the products which I expected to have in 2 weeks, not 2 months. Also I don't think they treat their employees very well, making them work on 40 degree days with no air con. I'm pretty sure that is illegal. Not an ethical business at all. I'm going with Too Far Gone screen printing next time.
Machine are brilliant. Super fast, great price and really friendly service. I had teatowels printed but they do t-shirts as well. My friends had some printed for their band recently which were also really good. Highly recommended!

Seriously the best screen print company I ever encountered, pricing could not be beat and their customer service was superb! Very friendly, insightful and helpful. Once we spoke I knew I was in good hands, you can tell they know their stuff! My proofs and printing were done very fast with prompt communication through out. Turn around was as promised plus the shipping from them to me in WA took barely 3 days (amazing given the current global climate). And finally the products...what can I say? The prints are BEAUTIFUL! Everyone has been floored when they get their new jumpers....we have been making merch for a bit but these items really impressed. Also, I loved how they were packaged so the designs weren't folded and with minimal plastic, a very nice touch :) definitely our go to for all future products now!
