Purchased house alarm a few years ago. Due to heavy rain alarm system got stroke by lightning and had to repair. Poor service and not customer oriented. Often cancel appts last minute. Customers have to follow up instead. Once sent someone to replace mother board chip however only to find out he is not a tech and someone from the office. Coudn't care less even cutomer complains. Expensive and not reliable. Not value for money.
Great product with latest technology that give a secure protection.
Great product with great service. One of the best in this industry.
