My husband has been working with this agency since August 2018 and I will say about them all the best care about their employees, the first class approach does not lie in the trunks always on time helpful staff great communication and a lot of good to mention. To do so :)

I've been to register today and I have to admit that I have had to spend around 40 minutes but at least everything was explained to me and even I have been taken to the warehouse I gonna have induction on tuesday.
What made an impression on me - that guy coordinator as far as I remember Mike that was professional all the way through during interview and answered all my questions and if there was something he was ain't sure about he rang his boss and then answered me info's from firs hand.
So far I would recommend Mach due to first impression and will update more on Tuesday after I will have jumped into.

I did post 5 stars. But they didn't call me for a week without explanation plus they sent me home early when I was doing 6-2pm they sent me home at 9am. Because they feel its okay to send people home so they can train new staff. They do not care about their workers or how they feel. They have made many new people give them 5 stars but once them workers spend a week or two there they will realise . a top tip is check all the older posts.

Very good cooperation with agency, never has a problem with payments, jobs, professional staff specially Maciek. I can recommend them.

My experience looking to work with them agency , I registered one day and did induction in LS11.we say start work nextweek I say ok.we send text please start work tomorrow morning 7;30 I say ok .in the morning I buy a day ticket with my friend I go to halfway suddenly we send text cancelled it's time 7:10 I lost five pound again work evenings ok again cancelled work to night again cancelled we did like this three.we wost my time with out any thing.sothat the worst agency , sorry to day that.

I have worked with Mach Recruitment for nearly 2 years, during my time here I have progressed further in my career with the help and support of the Mach family and I'm truly grateful for all the help and support they give me on a daily basis.

I came into the Peterborough office looking for work about 4 months ago, The staff was very polite and registered me straight away. Before I left I was booked for an induction. After I did the induction, I started work straight away, and now I still work here. Don't believe what you read go down and see for yourself and make your own opinion!

Terribly rude staff, disrespectful attitude, unprofessional behavior, sending to toil labor jobs.

I have worked there for 1 month as a Branch Manager and I have to say that communication in the company, the way they are organised and how they treat the staff is shocking. I regret I did not check the reviews before I have applied to work there. Company as a recruitment agency is an absolute joke. Not even proper software to put candidates onto system. No support from them if you working there. To be fair I felt relief when I left and I have a good lesson for the future...check the reviews before you apply for work.

Disgusting attitude to people, specifically, in the Mexborough office. They work for "New York Bakery".
Holiday payments all the time wasn't paid correct or disappeared at all.
Also You will never get more than two or three days to work in a week. Lockers with personal items, constantly, get robbed. All safety shoes are dirty and stinks by alien sweat. Do not have a chance to get new or fresh.
Office staff do not do their job properly, specifically, the person who name is Michael. Simply, does not respond on SMS and calls. When You get to speak, face to face with him - this person behave like nazist slaveholder and newer give You a hand!!! All affairs and all the blame he puts on others. And he does nothing, as often isn't able to meet him, at the workplace.
Please be aware when You choose new Job.

In my opinion they are deceiving, but there is no evidence.

By far the most unhelpful employer I have ever worked for. Myself and my colleagues had so many issues with our pay checks and there was no support giving to help recoup money we loss due to erroes made by Mach. I had many colleagues that were told they were on shift only to turn up and be told other wise. If you can work for any other recruitment agency I advise you to do so.

Awful. I do not recommend. Constant problems and fraud. I do not recommend joining this agency. If you have a problem, everyone turns you off. I called, wrote text messages and e-mails with no answers. after explaining that the check they issued to me got lost somewhere in the Bank and I needed a cheq number or a new check, they avoided me. In addition, there is never anyone in the office and employees' problems do not give a damn

Great in Hertfordshire and London, changed from Clipper Enfield to Clipper Harlow and now at Sainsbury's Waltham Point. If you want to work they can find you something.

They contact you then don't contact you back. When you complain they (very discourteously and unprofessionally) tell you they've "checked with their contacts in the industry about you and heard unfavourable things" - And that was THE DIRECTOR!! Well, Mrs L, this is unfavourable feedback for you. (I've since had THREE JOB OFFERS. And you work on commission! Ha ha ha ha ha!)

Probably the worst agency ever they left me with no work for weeks and don't even answer my texts when I'm trying to ask what's going on.Often they call me for a morning shift and when Imy already there they said there's no work for me now. USING THIS AGENCY IS WASTE OF TIME

I have been working with Mach for a few months at Raven Mill in Chadderton Oldham, Sam is always there when you need her she is always understanding, she always giving us something from a valentines cookie to muffins the best thing is in the office she always has sweets and water! , Raven Mill is a great place to work the staff, management are super friendly its just a great place.

My experience looking for work with this agency was not a good one am sorry to say. I went in on a Friday Morning for to get registered so that I could begin work. they immediately asked to see my passport for the right to work and because my valid visa( expiring in 2020) which happens to be in the expired passport, the manager there who I found very ignorant wouldn't consider me for work. I tried explaining this is not problem as I have sought work before carrying both the expired passport and my new one which was issued in 2013 after I had acquired my visa. and the home office is OK with it but this idiot simply wont listen and instead telling me about there was home office regulation saying that my situation was illegal.
When we come looking for work we are not stupid to come and present documents that will automatically be deemed illegal. but when you are dealing with a fool who isn't familiar with work permit regulation and instead chooses to dismiss you, it just defeats logic.
I have since registered with a different agency who didn't have any quibbles with my documentation.
MACH RECRUITMENT IS A PATHETIC, UNPROFESSIONAL and STAFFED WITH BIGOTS WHO WILL DISCRIMINATE AGAINST FOREIGN PEOPLE OF COLOUR.

Good company to work for, they always look after the staff, engagement is through the roof with all sort of events. Glad to be part of the team. I started in Aug last year and I can totally say that I have learned a lot and had good support across all fields.
