I'd rate zero if possible. This company is a joke, no one does their job leaving people without wages. They don't answer phones and they hide in the office with the lights off like pathetic children. Places like this should be held responsible for causing UNNECESSARY stress and grief with how they treat people. They KNOWINGLY give out incorrect phone numbers just so they don't have to deal with issues. Staff are extremely rude and shockingly sarcastic. I am astounded by this company. Complete joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, DON'T EVEN BOTHER.

One of the worst agencies I ve worked for, they didn t pay for nearly 5 weeks, put a lot of stress on me an my family, I had to wait at jd reception with my sick mum for 8 hours just to give them my bank details, this agency needs to be shut down.

The worst agency ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Staff are rude, hostile and very unprofessional. After re-applying for a job, texting, and trying to call just to be ignored i contacted head office to inquire. Staff then called me being extremely hostile and telling me never to contact there head office about them, they have denied this to Assist and said they called to tell me my attendance and job performance wasn't good enough, I denied this and told them my name was put forward multiple times for great work and i can contact my old line leader to confirm this and asked if there's any way to challenge this, and apparently they "don't want to get involved"

So if you get a job with this agency don't expect any help with any queries you may have, they'll just refuse to help and ban you from there site for false reasons

For workers at JD sports warehouse, this agency cheats a lot. They do not pay due wages and are owing a lot of people money for work done. It would be nice if this is addressed promptly.
