They were one of the best affordability wise and when it came to answering the hundreds of questions I usually ask. Dealing with the contracts and yearly renewal is easy and they are accommodating and easily available. While my home purchase was FAR from a dream come true, the best thing was finding this insurance company. Would and have recommended to friends. They're great!

Sayonara Valentin went above and beyond to help us find a new policy after the policy we had wasn't renewed. She went over the policy with us and made sure I knew what I was getting. She answered all my questions and concerns. Thank you again!

Cody and Lisa @ LRA are one of the most important and reliable sources of my business. They both are super informative about certain matters that pertain to clients needs who I deal with. My job as an owner/operator is to pick up and maintain clients, when I pick up a new property I can literally have the insurance documents back over to the new clients within a couple of hrs. Not only am I always impressed but so are my clients. That in itself makes the my company look good on day one. Absolutely outstanding, professional and courteous service. Renewals coming due on both home and autos. Long time listener to WDBO, and every time I used a firm I heard on the station, have been truly pleased.

So with the annual review of policies approaching, I emailed early in the AM. Low and behold, I had an email back within 90 minutes at 8:19 AM that same morning.

Detailed questions, proper grammar, and extremely professional.

We conversed via email, provided necessary existing docs, and as of earlier this afternoon (98 hours later including the weekend) we have new homeowners and vehicle insurance with great companies at better rates, all in a no hassle, smooth transaction.

Look back when I got our first Infiniti when they were back on S. Destiny in 2001, so now have an excuse to travel on this road again.

Some of your employees thought it would be fun to come to a Restaurant in Maitland and be completely disrespectful and disruptive until they were finally kicked out. But not before spitting at their server. Very profession.

With a warm welcome and in lovely professional setting John Lumbra and Marti Garner generously offered their time and expertise last week to review Landscape Builder s insurance coverage. After reviewing my firm s current policies, John patiently answered all of my questions. Surprisingly, John and Marti recommended that I stay with my current insurance provider. I was impressed with their honesty and personal integrity. John said that my current agents were doing an excellent job and that their rates were fair. If it s not broken... or so the adage goes.

It is a great company, friendly and cheerful employees when you call them, answering your questions and address all your concerns. I will be with them in my future insurance policies.

So I leave an honest review of their company on Facebook about their rude employees, they report it to FB as bullying along with every one else who had a negative review against them. Apparently witnesses describing the behavior of their employees at a work outing on a social media review were reported by LRA as bullying, which they weren't, and removed just so they can protect whatever reputation they have left. They were so upset at the truthful reviews, that their HR director Vicki Bisbee started harassing me online at 2 am in the morning over my post through her personal Facebook account. Who does that???? And to insult me as low income who probably couldn't afford a lawyer, get over yourself you white privileged little baby. So unprofessional and immature. You are what's wrong with the country right now.
