I came into Macarthur Nissan on Saturday with my husband looking at buying an xtrail. I was greeted by what I thought was a friendly, elderly salesman in an acubra hat. I was was upfront and told him I was considering leasing a car through my work. He explained that leasing may not be the best option and referred me to the finance person who explained that I may not have considered some of the cons of leasing. At the end of the conversation I was in doubt about leasing. I asked the sales man to have a test drive of the car which he said I had to come back mon-fri cause that is when the fleet salesman was available (a little hard when I work full time). I told him I m not certain if I would lease or not, just wanted to see if we liked the car. He then said he was not going out of his way to take us for a test drive unless we would guarantee a sale that day. I walked out, went home and did some sums and worked out it would be cheaper to do Nissan s current promotion of 1% finance rather than lease. Drove to Liverpool Nissan the next day, dealt with a lovely salesman called Alex, who I highly recommend, he explained all the features of the car and was only too happy to take us for a test drive. I ended up taking up the 1% option with Liverpool Nissan the same day. We pick up our new xtrail Ti on Thursday and am so glad I didn t give my sale to Macarthur.
Recently had a great experience dealing with Macarthur Nissan. Charlie and Maj did an outstanding job looking after me in the purchase of a new car. They were very professional, friendly, patient and helpful throughout the whole experience. If you are after a Nissan these are the guys to see. If I had won the lotto or had the money to buy another car from them I would have. I cannot recommend these gentlemen highly enough to friends, family and for that fact, anybody wanting to purchase a new car. Thank you for the excellent service.

Terrible customer service. Very unprofessional salesperson spoke with us today. They were rude, abrupt, when asked what we wanted and what our budget was, we were rudely told that we ll this one is just out of your budget so you don t want that. Instead of trying to work with us and seeing if we could increase our budget at all, or working with us on a price. Then we were told, good luck shopping around elsewhere because no one has stock and that you guys were the only ones with utes . To that I replied I ll wait for the right car, I don t need to buy one today . Another rude remark of, oh well, add another couple of thousand to the prices I just gave you due to end of month. Then when asked where else we were going, very unprofessionally started rubbishing another competitors product, and to me that was the final straw.. I m sorry but if you have to rubbish another competitors product to sell your own then you ve straight away lost me. Will not be back, and I m sure the other dealership we went to, will thank you for the sale they just made!!
Could not recommend the team more highly, Gary in particular. We had been to a few Nissan dealerships in our search for a good secondhand X-Trail and Gary was miles ahead in terms of his knowledge, enthusiasm and competitive pricing. Would happily buy here again!
We purchased our X-trail from Macarthur Nissan, Dean and his staff couldn't have been more helpful. Car is fantastic, would definitely go back to buy another car from them.
I had the worse phone service ever, the man who I spoke to in the parts department could not be bothered making an effort regarding my enquiry, he put me on hold and the back ground comments were appalling, the price he came back with was a joke. I would never deal with this Company and to top it off I got the parts I wanted for 70% cheaper and there PR was100% compared to your zero.
I don't know where to start. I walked in Sunday morning looking for a qashqai and 5 days later picked up the car. Finch the brand manager was amazing to deal with and helped us get into our perfect car for an amazing price. Kirilos was amazing and helped every step of the way. Now the real star was Vince our sales guy. I hate being sold to and hate pushy salesmen. He did neither of those things. I told him early on that I still had to look at a VW and Renault. When he showed me two potential cars and let me test drive them both he worked some figures out with finch, gave us a quote and then I told him I had to go see the other cars. He didn't attempt to keep me there with discounts as he knew I had a few more cars to look at. He called me in the afternoon just to see how I went with the other guys and we left a deposit. Amazing staff at this Nissan from sales all the way through to delivery. Couldn't recommend them more. Thanks again Vince for being awesome!
Michael was a great salesman, guided us to a great deal on a Nissan X-trail. Had a bit of a delay with finance but Peter was great at chasing things up & now we have our brand new car!
Gary was an excellent salesperson, knew the cars intimately and showed genuine interest in getting us the right fit. Not pushy at all and listened to what we were after. The car we went with was immaculate and the extra work done on it made a huge difference. Thanks!
Was looking at a demonstrator model. I found the salesman initially to be disinterested and unenthusiastic. Tried for a different salesman who offered a few extras but when he conferred with the manager, was told that we couldn't have any extras and had to pay the listed price (we were only talking a few hundred dollars) and then shuffled out as though we had committed a crime. If this is how they treat customers, they would be lucky to sell a bag of chips. I would have accepted the negotiated price and had not asked for the offered extras. The sales people contradict each other and the managers speak badly about their own sales people. I would not buy a car from them and would highly recommend that others also avoid them. If I could award negative stars, I would. They are that bad.
So thankful for Manfred - He made my car purchasing experience the best ever! Everything was so easy and professional - the car was spotless, the petrol tank was full. He also had a great sense of humour so the process was enjoyable. Highly recommend - Thank you Manfred!

Very unprofessional sales team especially Finch and Vince. These guys doesn t even know how to treat the customers instead they bully behind you. Worst experience ever had, I changed my mind not to buy a car from Nissan. I don t recommend this dealer unless their management is really serious about making the business and rethink on how their staff are treating the customers.
Rude staff who make a verbal offer of a price in the phone then retract it. When advised a better price was found elsewhere, response was "that's ok I didn't want to sell you a car anyway, that's why I didn't call you back".
Service staff were disgustingly rude in our enquiries. Unfortinetly we weren't able to get any further than an enquiry in servicing our car under warranty because the man we spoke to was honestly horrible.
made an inquiry about an xtrail they had on carsales, spoke to TRENT ( i think his name was after refusing to give me his name) one of the most rudest person ive ever spoken to, not friendly and telling me " what do you want me to do" and " you want to bbuy the car off the phone" 5 seconds into the phone call
Amazing from start to finish. We went in one day to look at a car, met Vincent who was an amazing salesman. Not pushy let us take our time. Got a great deal and picked up the car a few days later. We would definitely recommend anyone after some new wheels to check these guys out!

I recently visited Macarthur Nissan on my way back from Liverpool Nissan (which was a complete waste of time!) After my Liverpool experience, I was very pleased to have been attended to by Fred. The contrast in customer service was amazing. He listened very carefully to my needs, showed me what was available in their range of new X-trails and passed me on to the sales manager for price negotiations. Although I did not end up purchasing from this dealership due to the price not being quite as competitive as other dealerships, I thought that this review was worthy to make due to the great customer service I received from Fred. You deserve a promototion and pay rise. I would be happy to recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.
Very difficult people to do business with. They dumped me with a faulty car. After they sell their product to you if you go to them with a problem they don't treat you in a professional and friendly manner. I sent them 4 emails and finally told them that I was going to make a complaint then I got a reply from them. Not recommended at all!
Two weekends ago I was at Nissan Sutherland looking at second-hand vehicles when my in laws suggested I look at a new vehicle. With no intention of buying a new vehicle and with a budget of $30,000 I could see the value in taking that step, but the negotiations with the salesman and the manager became very unethical. We were told many lies and when leaving the manager told us we wouldn t find a new vehicle for the price we were looking at $46,500 and good luck!
My mother in law spoke with Finch the sales manager at Campbelltown, we went there inspected the same identical vehicle and negotiated the price as expected. The salesman David was very thorough and professional and we were impressed with his service and purchased the vehicle with agreed delivery the following Saturday.
On the Friday afternoon before delivery Matt from Campbelltown Nissan advised the vehicle would not be ready, that the interior/exterior protection was not done albeit they had a full week to get this done.
Very disappointed my mother-in-law called Finch and expressed our frustration and intolerance to all the excuses, Finch had Matt call back about 30mins later to say it was sorted, that it would all be done and we could collect the vehicle on Saturday at 11am as planned.
The biggest disappointment was that Finch called my wife Saturday morning to ask if we could collect the car after 1pm, this was agreed. We arrived at Nissan about 1.30pm where we were told that the protection was not done and that we would have to bring the car back at first service to have it done. Seriously, why were we not told this before we rearranged our Saturday to be there at 1.30pm. We were told if we took the vehicle and spilt something on the upholstery it would be covered under the protection warranty even though it had not been applied to the vehicle. How could we believe this when we were already told the protection would be completed?
My mother in law questioned Finch, asked him why he didn t advise my wife on the Saturday morning when he called that the vehicle was not ready, and he had no response. In fact, he was so rude he just walked away into another office to speak to another salesman without acknowledging my mother in law s question. Very, very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional.
We were offered a few minor accessories. We didn t take a loan car due to the excess not being waived. We left the car yard without the brand new car that we had paid for on the Wednesday prior. What a joke. We cannot comprehend how this dealer is an authorised GT dealer, nominated by Nissan due to customer satisfaction. They can t even deliver a standard basic range car.
Apart from David the salesman, nobody at the dealership cared or was willing to discuss the matter.
If we could have had a refund and left the car we would have. But Nissan had our money and our car, so our hands were tied. We hold a very low opinion of Nissan and their customer service, or lack of..
We complained to Nissan about the manager and all they did was get the manager to call my wife and his response was 'I don't know what your problem is'. Collecting the car this weekend is no longer something to look forward to. The whole experience has been a disaster, all thanks to the Nissan team. Word of mouth or referral is the best sales tool, but Nissan Campbelltown and Sutherland need to be aware of how it can also work against them.
Highly recommend David Robinson and the team at Macarthur Nissan. We recently went in to purchase the X-Trail as an upgrade for our family and could not fault David or any of the staff. They were friendly, approachable, knew all of the specs for the vehicles and were great with negotiating a fair price for the purchase. These guys aren't your typical salesmen and genuinely care about giving you a great experience. We will definitely be back again in the future.

very rude service staff both men at counter are very rude to customers l was waiting for my car they were rude to one young lady about her brakes on her new car they would no have anyone look at it till she said she will have her workshop ring them then they had a go at two men if they worked for me I would have sacked both that day customer service at this dealership has always had a bad name for some time because the men at the counter will not treat you as a human
Customer service is great. They look after your car whilst in being serviced. And do a fantastic job. We bought three cars from Macaurtur Nissan and never was hassled or pushed into a sale. Professional staff all round. From sales to finance and to sevive and parts. Great place to deal with.
Today I arrived early for a 3pm "1st service" of my brand new Nissan Xtrail STL. The attitude of service desk person "Danny", was abrupt to say the least. Unfortunately, after handing over the service book I had been given to take to the service, it was found to be for our other new car (purchased at the same time as mine from Warrawong Nissan) I was then told by the person attending to me that the service cannot be done as the book is wrong and he could not find any details for my car in the computer system. I asked if he would mind talking to my husband if i got him on the phone, as he had organized the service details for me. He replied, "no, you call him and tell him you will have to come back another time for the service". I did this, my husband was not happy and asked to speak with this person, I handed the phone to him and it appeared to be sorted as my husband had actually emailed my car details to the correct email address, to another staff member Ross, who has been off sick for the past 3 days. Thankfully a perfect gentleman by the name of Tony, took over & sorted out the details and my service went ahead. He apologized for the mishap and explained that the man was dealing with a number of things at once, but he also stated, that is not an excuse for the behavior I had received. I thanked Tony very much for his help and assistance and I said, if this man doesn't like his job, he should leave. At this stage, I will never take any of our Nissans (3 in all) vehicles to this establishment for any more services, nor would I ever contemplate purchasing a new car from here. I will not recommend MacArthur Nissan to anyone in the future. Very sad that one persons attitude and lack of enthusiasm to assist can taint future recommendations and business.
Have the worst salesmen, they manipulate and lie they do not try to negotiate with any pricing. Best stay away and try other Nissan dealers like Liverpool who have much better staff.
I originally went with Liverpool Nissan through a salary packaging scheme from my employer. Three months in, and a part fell off my brand new ute. Went back to the dealership to buy a replacement part. I had to go back three times before I managed to find someone who could help me, and all he did was refer me to this AHG Parts Store where I met the rudest person in the world who insisted I go through a lengthy investigation to replace a $5 part as my ute was still under warranty, just because he couldn't get off his lazy ass to find the part. Long story short, the guys at Liverpool Nissan are only nice to you when they are trying to sell you a car, but you are completely forgotten once you've bought it (see my other review). I was s disgusted by their poor customer service that I looked for another dealership.
Enter MacArthur Nissan. Rang them once, guy at the other end was the nicest person in the world. Offered to replace the missing part right then and there, no charge, no questions, no dramas. I may not have gotten my vehicle from them but rest assured all future log-book service will be done through them. You guys are awesome, keep up the good work!

Came in to buy a brand new r35 Gtr, and the treatment I got from the sales stuff was disgusting. As I was looking at a Gtr which was on the floor, the sales person walked away outside and started talking to someone else and I was left there with no one helping me. When I asked a different sales person for details about the Gtr, they didnt know much so I asked them to grab the original sales person who was looking after me. He said he will be coming back... 5-10mins later, he did'nt come and as soon as I walked out to go, he came and start being really disrespectful. I work for a well known car dealership myself and receiving this sort of service for a 200k+ car, shows how this company clearly doesn't care about making a business.
Amazing service from dealer Luke. He's the young bloke at the dealership. Although he's not been doing this for long, you'd think that he's been in this line for ages as he has the knowledge at his fingertips of all the makes and models at Nissan. Not your typical pressurising salesman, he makes you feel right at ease. He booked us in for a test drive and we were sold with the Navara, with all the great deals and extras that he could offer.
recently purchased a new patrol, salesman was Oliver, outstanding experience, he really made us comfortable and gave great customer service. this is the second new patrol i have purchasded from macarthur nissan and will not be the last... the only downside was that i got dashcams fitted and was overcharged by nearly double retail... oliver in no way had anything to do with this part of the deal though...he is number 1
Wasn't even looking for a car, seen a SEXY BLUE REXY under the carport and thought it must not be for sale, then a AWESOME sales person called GARY , came over and said , Are you looking at this car " , and that was that = I am now the PROUD owner of a SEXY BLUE REXY :) xxoo thanks GARY for making my daily drive, a time to now look forward to :)
The sales guy, cannot remember his name but an older guy impressed me with his in depth knowledge of not only the car he was selling to me but comparing the car to other model brands. I fell in love with the car I sat in, but I needed to sell my car first otherwise I would have driven the car right out because he convinced me enough to trust him. Go get a great deal guys.
