I recently visited Macarthur Nissan on my way back from
Liverpool Nissan (which was a complete waste of time!)
After my Liverpool experience, I was very pleased to have been attended to by Fred. The contrast in customer service was amazing. He listened very carefully to my needs, showed me what was available in their range of new X-trails and passed me on to the sales manager for price negotiations.
Although I did not end up purchasing from this dealership due to the price not being quite as competitive as other dealerships, I thought that this review was worthy to make due to the great customer service I received from Fred. You deserve a promototion and pay rise. I would be happy to recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.
