We were given wonderful service by Gary who 100% delivered a remarkable customer experience. He has delivered on everything he said he could do. On vehicle pick up took the time to go through all of the cars features with me and helped me to connect my phone to the blue tooth. When you book service on phone or go over the counter to hand over your keys or pickup your car, the behave like they are doing it for free and I should be grateful to them for doing it. This is the attitude you get from them. And about service, they checked my battery and reported healthy, immediately after 2 days, the battery died, NRMA roadside assistance replaced it. I live in Campbelltown area and have no other option. Otherwise this is the last place I will go to service my car.

I did a car service booking for Thursday from your website and chatted with your staff a lady online, four days passed, there is no one to contact me. Therefore, I just went to the centre and ask for the service. The receptionist gives me the attitude. I have explained the situation, however, he doesn't know or doesn't care anything about your website things. He start talk with there is no online booking no lady nothing I can do from online, seems like he is the only one can book my service in. So please shut down your online chat, don't waste people's time.

Few days back we went to nissan macarthur to buy nissan qashqai but was very dissappointed with the dealership the salesperson was very nice but when we ask for little negotiation the sales manager treated us like we did a crime make us felt so bad, we went to nissan parramatta they were so nice and humble and fulfilled our all needs related to car so happy to buy the car from there I highly recommend to buy nissan car but not from macurther nissan the manager will treat you very bad if you ask for discount.

My wife had a log book service done only two months ago. on August 25th 2018 I was driving the car on the m5 motorway when all of a sudden it just lost power which almost caused a terrible accident, the engine went into some kind of safety mode as the car overheated due to not having enough coolant, we took the car back to Macarthur nissan and they said nothing is wrong with the car and that it has no leaks at all and they could not find the cause to the problem...
I believe the Macarthur Nissan service team did not check the coolant level at the time of the log book service we paid for and that they are incompetent and need to take full responsibility...
I was a returning customer looking to buy my second Nissan and first SUV (Pathfinder) from the same dealer. As an existing customer, I was expecting a better service, but the price was not negotiable to begin with. Few days after I applied for finance and signed the papers, my circumstances changed, and I was not able to purchase a car of that price. I talked to them and gave them the documents as proof, but they were not ready to accept it.
Maciek Finch and Peter Truong started sending me to each other saying it is up to him and not up me Their act was very low, just to make 1 more sale, they insisted that I must purchase the car now regardless of my condition. After waiting weeks and not getting any result, I then contacted Nissan finance directly and informed them about the issue. They then asked me for the required documents which I had already provided to Peter and I was shocked to find out he never passed it on to Nissan finance. After providing the requested documents, Nissan finance accepted it and finally I was able to successfully withdraw my application.
Even after I got the successful withdrawal email, I went to see Maciek and he told me he is unable to check it on their system because it was Saturday and their system would not be updated and asked me to come back on week days. But the same system will work if they need to take applications!!! He tried his best not to refund my deposit.
In about a month I was back in market for a new SUV and I went to their next-door Hyundai and got myself a Santa Fe Highlander and loving it. The car itself is fully equipped compared to Pathfinder. Their service was far better before sales, finance, and even after sales I still keep getting calls, texts and emails checking if I am happy with the SUV and if there is anything they could do to further. The service we can never expect from people like Maciek and Peter.
I have also stopped going to them to service my Nissan Pulsar.
Would never go back to this dealer neither recommend anyone!!!

Definitely recommend this dealership from the time dad and I walked in we weren t hassled we found the car we wanted and Gary the salesman was great let us test drive all the cars we liked. Didn t push us to buy it just a great feeling walking in and walked out with a great deal full tank of fuel a few grand in our pocket not the dealers and a full car detail which looked amazing and not only that but a nice ford falcon XR6!!! My partner went there just to get the serial number of the radio, as it is not working because we changed our baterry and the pin got lost in our records.
The guy that she spoke to was very rude and haven't even tried to help at all. He just said to go to the Nissan where we bought the car from. Absolutely terrible costumer service.

Typical shonky used car salesman. No manners and lots of expletives. Expect better from a big dealership such as this. The salesmen were all hanging around in a big group on the forecourt ready to descend like vultures.
