Poorly run company that pays workers next to nothing to do hard labor and run machines. The only people who stay for very long are those already in managearial positions. They cut employee pay also to just above minimum wage, and harass employees on a regular basis. They are happy to have a high turn over rate which means the only people who they hire are desperate, ex cons who honestly could still find way better factory work.
