The flow of the appointment was nice, and they were understanding when my child was tired/cranky at the appointments. One or two of the staff we saw didn't have a great bedside manner, but overall our first appointment was fine.

Did not listen to concern. Did not provide complete assessment as requested by referral. Repeatedly ignored concerns. Encouraged me to continue medicating my child with an ineffective medication even after I requested medication be stopped.
All the staff, from the people who make the appointments, to the staff dentist, and absolutely everyone in between, are so professional, yet so very very kind. We are clearly more than just patients. They truly understand the motto of treating others like you would like to be treated yourself. I can not overstate how much I value this place.
I have two children who use their services. We have been going here for almost ten years. Very professional, friendly staff. The behavioral health services are the best we have found. There's a dental clinic here we use as well, with residents. The waiting area is always clean. I would recommend it for anyone who has been having issues finding good care for loved ones.
