Its terrible to deal with their CRM. They are only greedy. Worse than any govt agency. Dont get impressed by the name only. Its like patthar par sir patanka with them. Better stay away.

Company breaking law where it has most of its business. In Sectors 65, 66 and 67 of Gurgaon there are several M3M residential and commercial projects and they are breaking all possible Green laws. They have caused huge amount of dust pollution and dirt in our community. They have broken every possible law of the country pertaining to Pollution. Highly unethical company - no regard for law of the land.

M3M India is a single place for me to trust in the field of real estate because there are lots of frauds, fake agents available who are not playing games but I am thankful to M3M India Private limited Group to guide me and have my first property on Golf course road. Keep up the good work ..

I book a food court kiosk in Urbana. They claimed AC dinning hall but delivered without AC (even without roof). Fighting with them for my money back. Big time fraud company; stay away

Very unprofessional and unethical organisation. They do not honour what they promise even in writing. Their list of wrong practices is so long that space will be less. They dont reply to complaints.

Honest Review.

It was my worst decision to book flat in M3M Sierra. Just fake commitments nothing else.

In one sentence if i describe about M3M is- "Naam Bade or Darshan chote".

They are selling all 4 Projects (Sierra, Natura, Marina & Iconic) by just foolish fake commitments.

OC is received, CRM team has initiated Possession letter & Payment demand.
But still flats are not in ready condition also the Front Entrance is not operational even its not connected with Main Sohna Road. Which they are showing in their brochure & sales team just selling flats by the commitment that it'll be ready in few months, which i'm listening from last 1 year.

Faced many issues from Booking date to till date. Can't explain each point here.

Just hoping, things go well in future.

Irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour of m3m employees and unfair and unethical business practices...Mr. Sudeep Bhatt, .Mr Vaibhav, Mr Vivek and Mr. Vidit from sales.....beware of these people and thier trap

I was told by their authorized channel partner that there are seven small size shops on the ground floor, of their commercial project, known as
international financial centre , so i deposited a cheque for booking a small shop.in december 2017, till today, 4th,may, there is no information from M3M about the allotment. I have requested M3M to either allot me
a small shop on ground floor, or compensate me the loss i have suffered
for the last five months. I would request them one again to refund my amount alongwith the intrest.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE SO FAR WHEN CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP IS CONCERNED!!! Blithe disregard to handover receits or papers of any sort after you make payments, wherein the CRM has the gall to say "we dont respond to your phone calls to keep your expectations low"! They dont pickup calls, no proper documentation received after payments are made and simply the worst buyer experience so far!!!!!

I got hundred of calls from their Noida call center and thousands of SMS. Its really disturbing. They are not ready to delete the number.

I purchased flat in M3M Merlin and struggled with lot of issues for 5 - 6 months. Waiting for their Sr Leadership to acknowledge and give solution to my problems. Thanks !

M3M team is making fool as I struggled for 5 months from seepages in my complete house in each and every wall to lift issues to cleaniness and no commitment from crm to sales and no ownership and no commitment.

Sr Leaders like Mr Deepak Kapoor mentioning that there role ia just to take money and no understanding of commitment and customer pain.

What a great behavior. Still waiting for resolution of my issue raised for maintenance as they have all emails of commitment but till now noone taking ownership.

M3M are biggest frauds and looters. They have low quality construction and have pathetic after sales service. For some projects they launched "Retain or refuse" scheme but fully denied it when people tried to refuse their flats. Moreover they did not pay EMIs promised for whole 36 months.
Don't expect much from Bansals, future buyers beware !

Super bogus builder. If you call them then they will setup automatic call schedule on your no and every day you will start receiving 6-12 calls. Very pathetic their marketing teams. Please block all the call incoming from 12036048** otherwise they will made your live measurable by spam messages and calls

No words about M3M India, it's giving me a lot of reason to live in Gurgaon and also investing in properties one of the best things with M3M. Thanks, M3M Group.

I would rate them in minus if that was possible... Don't consider this builder at all for biyinb a house... They and JLL have created a wishy washy structure . The walls, doors, cabinets all falling apart and tiles cracking... Stay away...

At Merlin v went to buy a flat but our experience was horrible At the entry gate they take long time then your sales exec Mr Ravi was v rude and had no atticates to deal with customers.i am retd Vice President of M&M ltd and feel people like Ravi bring down the name of co.

I worked there as a guest relations executive for 8 months. It was nice but one fine day they decided that i should be opening doors for the management.. employees and guests as well due to security reasons. I understand how being in real estate security is an important issue, but to hire someone for a different role and ask them to be a guard as well. It's not very ethical. I compromised on things that could be tolerated like working on holidays... but opening doors for people(especially when you see a few people being extremely happy about it) it makes you feel degraded. I talked about it.. no solution. I resigned the same day.
Respect is not something anyone should be asking for. It should be given no matter what.

M3M A real advisor with great confidence in real estate business with high thoughts keeping promises and fulfilling the needs of all the clients.

Pay the money and regret! You don't want to be caught up with an unprofessional and non existential CRM, having invested your hard earned money here. Most of the reviews are written by channel partners to whose mercy you're left at, with NO transparency at all! No respect for customer's time.

All this is without knowing some hidden charges which a couple of other customers were arguing with their team members. I guess this is what the freaking middle class person has to deal with on a day to day basis!

Google doesn't allow a review without a start so this 1 star is for their show homes in any property you visit. They are spectacular after all :)

NOT GOOD. M3M India Ltd, and their brokers Squareyards Ltd. are cheats. Don't be mislead by their schemes or promos. They will trick you to pay a token amount, and assure refund. Then your money is stuck. You can run around all your life. Cheats and liars. M3m will not respond to refund claims, only to favored reviews.

No proper management for handing over of flats, waiting for last four months for taking over my flat, even after depositing full amount of maintenance. Unprofessional way of working far below the standard of the real estate industry. No senior level experienced official available at site. Only interested in charging all due and money, interest and grabbing all incentives and delay charges genuinely due to the customer.

Associated with this company for last five years as a customer. The communication channel is their worst area. The Attrition rate is so high in the org, the RMs changes every now and then. We have been allotted more than 10 RMs in a period of 5 yrs. And on the above they have this habit of not replying...nor to numerous calls and neither to emails. Felt so harrassed reaching out to the company. Though they are your project RM, they don t know you. Very very very poor in communication. The moment you invest your money with them, they ll forget you as if you ve never existed. For every query we literally have to visit their office to have answers. They don't value their customers.

For me M3M India is best real estate company to faith about real estate propereties because nowadays lots of frauds there, fake agents available who can just take your money and playing games but thankful to M3M Group to guide me and have my property on Golf course road.. Now they are refusing to pay my money back. Big cheaters. I would request you all please do not invest a single penny. They are big frauds.
