The BEST septic service. Quick and efficient. We used to use another service that couldn t make an appointment for MONTHS. D&M was suggested by a co-worker. Very happy we decided to use them!

Fast, friendly, efficient, reasonably priced service

Thanksgiving morning before a hosting a big dinner, my tenant had a kitchen sink clog in Michigan City. I called D&M at 8 am and left a voicemail. Ryan immediately called back and was onsite by 9 am and had the problem resolved within the hour. On this Thanksgiving day I give thanks that we have such a great company in our area to help with out clogged drains. This is about the fifth time I have used D&M and they are always prompt, fair, and reasonable on their prices. 5 stars all the way.

This business is very easy to work with. Their promt and professional service is unmatched.

We just had our septic pumped out today, December 11, 2017. We appreciated them getting us on the schedule right away but the service was not five stars. They were to call before they came out and they didn't. They pumped the septic but didn't see if there was any water flowing out of the main drain. They put the lid on and covered the top with grass. They came to the front door with a $210.00 bill. I told the two young men that I couldn't flush the toilets and they were about to overflow. I asked them to check the septic tank dump line and they told me that it would be an additional $150.00 more to rod it out. I explained to them that we have had our septic serviced before and all the other septic company's in the area always made sure we were able to flush our toilets and run our water before leaving our home. Beware of this company because we felt that they hurried the process and would have over charged us by $150.00 if we hadn't had prior excellent customer service. My husband went out and reopened the septic tank and poked the septic tank dump line and I was then able to flush the toilets and the water ran freely throughout the house. It took him five minutes.

Very pleasant, professional and honest people to deal with . Mark and Mitch are two very hard working young men , and I will definitely be calling D&M for any future issues !!

This may be my first public review of any place ever. I am not a key board warrior, but a hard working independent business owner. My pipes in my business backed up on a SUNDAY and I called D&M by recommendation of a friend. They were onsite within an hour, knew their trade and took care of the problem very quickly. I am super appreciative that I did not have to stop business due to my seemingly huge problem. Individuals rush to review places with whom they may have been displeased, but there is not enough praise given to hard working, effective businesses and people. So kudos to this company!
