Start unloading at 0830. Arrived early given a a door right away. Finished unloading a partial load in about 45 min.

No lumpers at all. You will break down your own pallets.

my mom worked for this company over 12 years they never raised her salary the new people coming in we're getting payed more they never value there workers one supervisor in general is rude and disrespectful Hugo Martinez just a complete jerk always picked on my mom for jobs others didn't want to do and was just so unprofessional talking to her like if she was a slave in the company .

Very poor customer service from their after hours manager.... Sarcastic rude very very professional needs anger management classes if he doesn't like his job he should quit

The unloading times are ridiculous got here and checked in at 5 30am and there was only one other truck here that also checked in we got put in a door and we are both still waiting to be unloaded and it's already 9 30am it's a straight up joke the one star is for the fact that they are at least a first come first serve basis but basically first come just gets to sit for 3+ hours while everyone else has to sit longer.

12 docks but will only use 2 of them. Extremely slow at unloading. Trucks back down the road waiting and they're outside smoking.

Our company uses BIX for our fresh produce supplies. Almost every week I get my delivery the veggies are in a puddle of juices, all soggy and clearly not fresh produce. Would not recommend at all.

The institution is great and worthy for being processed fresh foods but few processing lead is rude, disrespectful and fully biased whereas coworkers are very helpful , sociable and frank; very good..

I used to work as a loader before and I actually love the job, but supervisor like Ben or probably others ruined it. I did a prety good job while I was working in there, and I still want to get back to work there, but not with these people again. The schedule was fraud, my hours been taken, and Asian people always the victim for extra hour without get pay. I'm sorry if I give the company bad reputation, but that was really happen to me.

This is a place you should truly avoid at all costs. More than likely you'll be sitting in the street in the no parking zone just waiting to get into the entrance for probably about 4 hours at least get ready to waste half your day sitting here

Receiving got us a dock door & unloaded quickly even though the shipper dropped the ball and didn t let BIX know we were delv today. Dock workers were fast, friendly & knowledgeable.

This company is not the best, that i know. They been tread the night loader like slaves, they been taking the hours from the worker. the mananger ''Benigno', is a ASS HOLE, he try to scare the night loader, been telling them that he have the right the kick them out anytime.

A great company to work with. The really strive for excellence. Their new facility is awesome.
