Top top customer service, I bought an exped tent from them which was expensive but I've had 3 replacement fly sheets from them over over the years. Anytime I've had a problem with product I've sent pictures and they have dealt with it, and sent me replacement wherever I am. Get what you pay for sometimes

Amazing company! They were always polite and lovely to communicate with. They rang me one day to appologise for how long it took for them to repair my bag they ended up fixing my bag for free as a goodwill gesture. They did a great job too. Highly recomended.

they tried to avoid paying for return postage on a faulty product I'd bought from them. (the item still had plenty of time left on the warranty.) In the end, after protesting and complaining I got a refund for my postage costs but this should have been offered to me as standard procedure. eBay, Amazon, Toolstation and Alpkit, (An outdoors brand) offer free return postage.

This company's customer service is outstanding. Martin offered me help and advice and equipment to carry out repairs. So many companies pay lip-service to customer service - Lyon Equipment actually deliver it. I highly recommend Lyon Equipment!

This was one of the best customer services experiences I ever had. I called to tell them my problem and together we worked on the best solution. They sent spare parts for my broken product to a location close to me, so I could easily repair it. They did not even charge me for it.
