They kept calling me to give me cheaper quotes then my existing broker and they were way more expensive.

Worst customer service. Suke Mohien make me wait about one hour outside his office because he didn t wake up on time. He said his alarm didn t work.

If I could rate 0 I would because they are very unprofessional company.

Worst customer service. We have been trying to make changes to our commercial auto policy since last MAY!
No one calls you back.
We don t receive policy changes, just statements which are not correct. Get the feeling they could care less if we went somewhere else - but with this type of insurance our options are limited.
