Arrived on time. 3 hours after appointment to get door. Another hour to load 5 skids. Burrito was good though

This company really caters to the truckers taxed lifestyle. Nice Trucker's Lounge. Good restrooms. All easily accessible. Lots of parking and proficient check-in.

The season has barely started back up in California and yet it took them 14 hours to load my 8 pallets in my trailer. Absolutely uncalled for.
I despise having to pick up product from here.

A company with a good computer system for check-ins

The place is Huge, so no worries about backing up,
There is a Truck food standing there permanently that open between 6 or 7 am, to around 7 pm in busy season.
Indor and clean restrooms.
All asphalted yard with also a scale.
Not as precise as a cat scale but its free.
If you go there early and your product is ready you might get lucky and leave in an hour.
If you go there late and there s a lots of driving in front, you will definitely wait your life.
Driver checked in 7:44pm on July 30th, 18. After 5 hours waiting they didn't had 8 pallets staged for AB produce. Finally they load the truck next day after 12 hours. Interesting thing I learned that their forklift drivers and/or order pickers are union employees. No wonder why they doesn't care about anything. It very unfortunate now truckers has to waste millions hours yearly due to these lousy union employees on produce loads. No one cares or has control on business at this place.
Clean Restrooms, food truck, vending machines, microwaves and easy parking and docking! Scale on way out gate! A1 Shipper! Shippers should use this Facility as the POSTERBOY on how to build A facility and easy on trucker! HATS OFF D'ARRIGO BROS
Really nice place and the quickest load time for produce I have seen took them less then an hour... when I have had place out here take 14hours
Lot of parking be advise the have to check in window the one it said on too check in is for produce the other line is for strawberry
Lazy ass lift truck operator # 153 on April 11 2016 playing on his phone for 45 mins instead of loading me making me late for another appointment. But lift truck operator driving 188 was very helpful
They seemed to be alright..but my order was complete when I got here...

Plenty of parking.onsite catering truck.even a coffee machine in the break room. .
Got dock after 21 hours of waiting for only 5 pallets now it been 3 hours on dock still waiting for 1 pallets because they don t have full 5 pallets product so they will load me 1 pallets.Drivers stay away from this wearhouse this is one of slowest wearhouse I been in my life. They have nice/clean big parking lot that s the only good thing about this wearhouse and just for check in/out at least 20 minuets standing in line.
Check in lady is not good not respect the driver she always lookiing for driver mistake about something missing in fill up paper she took me 1 hour for check in
Great shipper. Ask if I could park on site as I was out of hours was told yes. I got some food from the food truck on site also very Good and did my 10 right there

This was one of the most pleasant experiences of all the places we have loaded at so far. Not only is everything laid out nicely but the grounds and buildings are gorgeous. The loading is fast and efficient and the staff is friendly and helpful

Don't show up on a Monday been here 6 hours and still no door bet they'll tell me in a hour when I go check.
Check in no sooner than 1 hour before the appointment time. There is always an appointment time. You must have all the info like license plate and customer names etc
They load quick after that
There is a scale self use as trucks exit.
Slide tandam axles back to get loaded.
There is plenty of room and trucks can stay over night.
And then is a Mexican food truck on sight a lot
Very poor place to load. Lady at the check in would not let a driver keep his appointment because he was 15 minutes late for his appointment. How does that work when they don't load a driver for two hours after
There appointment time and they were not late. Very rude lady at the check in, there isn't any respect for the driver.
3 times They give me wrong dock never ever has this kind of bed experience like I have here , totally disappointed company and staff.
One of the best companies I have ever picked from. I love the check in system. As soon as you check in, go and chill inside your truck. You will get a text when your load is ready... also, you get a text when you r loaded. At the end, you can go to the main entrance and weigh in and happily head to your final destination
This place really bad..
They can make you wait for long time of period, but you can be late when they called you for a dock/door. They reschedule my pick up next day because I left my spot inline, just to get something to eat. (@ 2200)
What we can do? Nothing of course, they running the show.

Fabulous place to load. Tons of comfortable parking, restroom facilities and a food cart with good food. I call ahead to get status of product and generally get accurate info and eta. Loading has taken between 1 to 4 hours. And if low on hours parking for your sleeper time not an issue. Thanks D'Arrigo
Big place more problems, most of the time product not ready and then you have to wait atleast 5-8 hrs. may be more. After that 1-2 loading time.

Nice n fast. Lots of room for backing. Restaurant and scale at site. Friendly people. Happy trucker ...and if the product is not ready...will have to WAITTTTT... may b hour's or even a day

Nice parking place. They will let you park until is time to star driving. Restrooms are clean.
Called ahead they said order was ready. Arrived and was immediately put in a dock door. Took them 2 hrs to load 20 pallets. Staff are super friendly and professional. Very clean restrooms on site. There is also a food truck on site. Beautiful scenery all around. Overnight parking is available, very big parking area.

It's my first time to pick up from this facility. The check in is fully automated where you do it on a kiosk. The system sends you updated via Texts. It's easy to use and quick.
The loading did take longer than usual, that maybe because I was picking up more than 5 orders together.
There's abundant space to park, alot of Portable toilets around the yard, an actual restroom in check in office and also a Food truck.
I wouldn't mind going there again, a very well managed facility and some nice perks for the drivers.

Loaded in less than 30 minutes for 26 pallets of lettuce. Large area. Beautiful and clean. Great shipper. Kind of a pain to get to this area depending on what side you come from.
Had a 10:00 appointment didn't get out of there until 3:20
This is the worst cooling shed in Salinas the people who work there are rude they make you wait three hrs in the dock door for one pallet of produce while half a dozen trucks rotate thru around you . this place should be shut down never to be in operation ever again and all the people should lose their jobs very piss poor place worst ever
Every time i load here i always had great luck being loaded. Driscolls on the other hand is a different story since d'arrigo gets me out at a good pace ill be more than hapoy to keep coming back.
Very mean and careless people work this place they no value for time I Chicken12 pm and thay give me door 4 pm and they load my truck in 8:20 pm I have just 4 pallets
Had to wait 13 hours to get a door, product was there but was supposedly "cooling off". Check in process was easy but check out was a joke. Multiple lines of 10+ drivers in each with no signs or anyway of knowing which line your supposed to be in. Check out lady was rude, didn't catch her name but it probably wouldn't matter anyway with you people.
They are professional. They have a regular food truck there which is open to around 8pm or so. They also have restrooms that are for the drivers and a place for your pet too. The only thing is it usually takes awhile to get loaded.
Excellent. Very well efficient system for check in and very fast loading time.
