I visited Lynnwood Grill a few months ago with my fiance and we do not plan to return. The food and service by our waiter was not extraordinary but it was good. Our reason that we did not enjoy our experience was the manager. My fiance ordered a drink that he did not like so I suggested asking if it could be replaced with a different drink, just for the sake of asking. Our waiter got the manager so he could let us know if that was possible. Rather than simply telling us that this was not a possibility, he spoke rudely to us and acted as if we were not intelligent enough to understand why we could not get the drink switched out. I hope that in the future, Lynnwood Grill emphasizes the importance of strong customer service skills and professionalism among all staff at all times since it is clear this is not a skill they currently value.

Meh, its like a college dive bar. Stickers everywhere, African Art work? Pig artwork? They cant really figure out what their theme is. Beer is ok, not Asheville quality but ok. Not a date night scene, kind of a crowded loud bar scene. Neon signs are just so 80 s.

Always a joy at Lynnwood. They are usually busy, but the service is awesome. I personally recommend the pizza, they have the best crust in town. Either the Geek Goddess or the Thespian. The rooftop bar is a favorite spot of mine in the summer.

Great place to hang out with tons of televisions and places to relax. The drink selection is pretty broad giving almost everyone a choice. The food is also good and not badly priced, although a burger will be about $10. Awesome seating too since their is two levels.

I keep coming back for a reason. They have decent food, prices are very reasonable, and in-house beers are pretty good too. While a couple of times I've gone the service just okay, most of the time they are very quick and attentive without being overly attentive. I highly recommend going on Monday's for the wing/craft beer specials. Friday is my least favorite night of the week because the crowd tends to be louder and so is the music; it's almost club-like except that there's no dancing. I definitely recommend this place for a quick eat, beers, or watching sports.

Food came out wrong, which happens and is fine... but when the manager questioned the waitress as she took it back, then rolled his eyes at her, well, that's just unprofessional.

Top that off, when the "corrected" food came back out... the cubed chicken was ice cold (as if right out of the cooler) the cheese was not melted and half the chips were stale.

Oh, and the tablespoon of ranch that is served with wings...if you want another tablespoon, you get charged for it.

Sad thing is, we like it here, and had planned to eat and drink here for my birthday lunch. Instead we left disappointed... at best.

Food was fine; generic bar food. Place was busy and service was good for how busy it was, but not great. They were out of a few menu items, both drinks and food. Also, the day after eating here, both my gf and I suffered through some gastric distress. Not entirely sure that was due to the food here, but it has made us wary of going back.

Really disappointed in the grill. Multiple issues, but the icing on the cake was... Tonight we mentioned to the waiter that the chips tasted very bad, like the oil was old, or contaminated, and his answer was "Yeah we hear that a lot from our customers lately". He offered no substitute or credit, just confirmed that they were well aware they are serving food that tastes bad, and they didn't care.

Then he brought a beer we did not order, and rather than leaving it as an apology for the foul food, he dumps it out.

We will not be back.

Great neighborhood grill. Food is great, service is wonderful, and price is reasonable. personal favorite just a honey mustard dressing and croutons and my kids love the brewed ginger beer. Inside can get really loud sometimes.

dope, everything about the food here is exquisite, the service may not be so fast but that's completely overshadowed by the flavor of the appetizers.
my conclusion?
you should dine here tonight.

Beer good...my go-to Buffalo chix samich? Meh. The chicken was not the plump and juicy breast of scrumptious spiciness on a bun from days gone by. Next time, I'll pass. Probably something better on the menu.

Food and service was great, had a bit of a wait on a Friday night, it was busy, but I guess that's to be expected for such a great place. Would recommend if you like the standard Bar/Tavern food menu.

Great little local gem for solid food and craft beers. Have sampled many of the burgers and pizzas and all have been excellent. Can be crowded if you catch them during dinner hours but service has never been bad. Craft beers are nice but be warned they all have a very hops intense taste which may not be for everyone.

The chips were weird; I don't think anyone at our table ate them (?)
Everything else was good.

Visited on a Sunday about 530pm and there was no wait up top, we were seated immediately. Served by Quinton who was quick, effecient and attentive. Great service. Lots of options for beers. Wings could've been better but the atmosphere on the rooftop made up for it. Good specials on Sunday for wine. Will definitely go back for another rooftop funday.

It's very disappointing when an establishment you've been going to for over 10 years goes downhill. Unfortunately that's exactly where this fairly new manager Jason is sending Lynnwood grill...downhill. The lack of customer service skills, poor food preparation and just overall common sense that a MANAGER should have. I made a pick up order for what I usually order when I decide to eat here...wings...well done...buffalo bbq. My daughter picked up our order and when she got home I noticed the wings were kinda dry, a few burnt, and the sauce looked sticky and baked on. Now usually wings well done are cooked a little longer BEFORE you put the sauce on. Whoever cooked these wings decided to put the sauce on and then cook them a little longer which lead to my wings being what they were when I got them...dry, semi soggy, and partially burnt. I called back and spoke to Mattie. I told her what happened and asked if I could get some sauce to put on them because it had dried out. Didn't make a big deal...just wanted some sauce. Mattie was very nice and apologetic. She said that was fine. I told her I would have my boyfriend stop by because he was already out. He went in and told Mattie he was there for the sauce and that's when Jason came out. Jason asked him where the food was and he said at home. Jason then proceeded to lecture my man on how he should have brought the wings in because they usually charge for "extra" sauce. He then said "I'll give it to you this time but next time I'll have to charge you" as if he was doing us a favor by providing sauce for the dry wings we paid for. We're talking about a small plastic dipping sauce...I didn't ask for all new wings. I called and spoke to Jason. I asked why my boyfriend was treated like that and he said that he asked where the wings were because some guy just came in asking for sauce with no food in hand. I told him that he spoke to Mattie when he got there and I called and she knew he was coming for the sauce. I ask Jason... did Mattie not tell you? He said yes Mattie told me. If Mattie told you why did you say it as if a man randomly walked in and asked for sauce? Jason didn't have an answer and so my only conclusion is that it was the way the man looked and that's what I told him. He asked If I was implying that he was racist and my answer to that was that I'm not implying anything but I am saying you wouldn t give a different man that much attitude over a some sauce. He said he wanted to see the wings since I was asking for a replacement but I had to remind him again...I didn't ask for a replacement...I just asked for sauce. I offered to bring them up there and he said well they're an hour old now. At this point I had enough of Jason and his talking in circles trying to convince himself that a 50 cent cup of sauce warranted his poor customer service and terrible attitude. Something tells me this was not about the sauce for him. I did tell him I'd post a pic of the wings since he wanted to see them so here ya go!

The stuffed mushrooms and chicken tenders are to die for. Salads are pretty good too, and they've got a pretty great selection of beers. The bartenders are always super entertaining characters and the service is always on point. The rooftop is an added bonus when it's beautiful out

I only came for lunch and the place was packed. We we're still immediately seated and the service was very prompt. Nice adequate $6 lunch menu. Ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and it was great!
