Polite, professional and conversant lady called me about a MOM foreign labour employment survey. Started by stating that it was to be an anonymous survey contracted to Blackbox by MOM. So I said Ok. Spend about 10 to 15 mins answering many questions. But at the end she asked for my name and address, saying it won't be shared, she also say it is ok if I don't feel comfortable disclosing my address. Perhaps Blackbox is collecting a database for their own use.

Wouldn't recommend folks to use this company. Sub par research with no insights whatsoever.

A sales rep called me about an ITC future opportunities due to COVID survey, as this was a Singapore based research firm I agreed. But, please stay away from this firm. This is the most unprofessional research firm I have come across with absolutely no customer engagement etiquette and ethics. Blackbox is collecting a database for their own use without disclosing proper motives what ever data you're sharing with them is not safe. Just be careful.
