Very small rooms. We were in room 5 which was really crowded. The beds filled the room so Bukushi had room to move. Every free space is used for a suitcase because one small closet is supposed to be used by everyone! There is no air conditioning in the rooms and it was stuffy even with the window open. Showers are very very small and nothing can be put in there not even toothpaste because there is no cupboard or sink wide enough. Breakfast without vegetables at all. There is coffee, juices, coriander, omelet, sausages, mushrooms and bread. This.
In my opinion the hotel is suitable for a couple or couple +1 maximum, and also for two or three days no more.
Beyond that does not recommend the hotel to families.
Bed sheets had something brownish on them and the place wasn't really clean. Also at the back there was lots of noises everyday from some sort of party or something. The expensive bag storage was just a small room without any security and anyone could just take your bag.
There was enough space, the beds were nice and the location was great; close to an underground and some museums.
Small rooms, you can barely move. Small bathroom, uncomfortable in use. Totally insufficient evaluation! AVOID AVOIDLY IF YOU COME IN LONDON.
We were afraid of the reviews but finally, considering the prices, we were satisfied with the room and the hotel in general. It is certainly not the best hotel in London "deco", but for the location and the price (especially since we were 6 in one room and it was difficult to find a room for Affordable hotel with such capacity and location), I find the price is more than reasonable, the rooms clean and the staff friendly.
A desaster. I was taken back a SALE room, VETUSTE worthy of a prisoner but impossible to change.
The staff is IMPOLI and are on their smartphones. No hello, goodbye or thank you.
Hotel extremely disgusting and dirty with mold and hair everywhere as evidenced by the pictures as well as bars at the window.
RUN AWAY. They turn a deaf ear to any request or claim.
(Of course:
- WiFi did not work
- the room was less than 10m2 and not 35 as stated when booking
- Zero air conditioning
- very dirty and dusty room
- One plug for the whole room)
Horrible. If you re considering staying here, run the other way
Don t stay here - you will be disappointed. The hotel is run down and filthy. The rooms are cramped and in need of a serious re-furb. Our room hadn t been cleaned and had cockroaches in it. The staff attitude to customer service is appalling - when we tried to check in we were asked by the manager if we could wait until he d finished writing his text message first. Avoid.
Talk about the worst service at the onset! Check in says 2 PM and yet reception kept saying 10 more minutes... absolute shambles!!! never ever stay in this hotel.
Unfriendly and unmotivated staff. Small, dirty and shabby rooms. The worst hotel experience ever.
The rooms are small and it can be hard to navigate. However, the facilities are clean and staff is very nice.
Small room full of "Sconfort" ... Yes with the "S" Missing Everything. But you pay well. To be advised against
Simple hotel. Clean room, clean towels and sheets every day. His location is very good. Easy access by bus and train. Worth it.
This was BY FAR the WORST experience in a hotel we've EVER had! There was black mold in the bathroom as well as by the radiator in the room. The water in the shower wouldn't drain so we had to stand in ankle deep water during the shower and had to stop partly through our shower to let the water drain otherwise the water would overflow out of the enclosure and on to the bathroom floor. I'm not sure if there was a restaurant or night club or both situated next to the hotel (which was about 5 feet away from our window) but it was extremely noisy late into the night (probably around 4 am).The blinds were absolutely filthy and there were blinds missing, and since we were in the basement floor, the people at the club or restaurant could easily see in to our room.
The sink in the restroom was dirty, cracked and had mold around the base. We discussed all of these issues with the front desk staff at the hotel and they did nothing! It seemed as if they didn't care about anything we told them. Each issue was dismissed and never addressed.
Typical English hotel in London. Old building and poor sound insulation.
The bed was very uncomfortable but they have a new bathroom and it was clean.
Personally, there will be no stay there again
Pathetic hotel, it only saves the location. The room does not have a sad chair where to put clothes when arriving after a long day, the tiny and poor bathroom, the mattress of the bed itself of a clean point to recycle, painful, the guillotine window having to hold it with paper bin. Not recommended even when you get drunk. Too bad you have to place a star to comment.
Amazingly clean rooms with great view. Would recommend.
To sleep that is what we did is fine Comfortable beds the bathroom very small .... although we played in the basement that ea the least we liked ... breakfast four things but it was good recommended for what is to sleep
Very dirty, smells, looks nice in the outside and lobby, but carpet is dirty and bathrooms stink of urine, what they price they ask for is not worth it, carpet is soo dirty is black
Good location, pleasant staff especially on check in. Good value for money breakfast
Beautiful on the outside, inside in order. Rooms are clean and nice (small but nice). It is quite fast to the subway. In the area are many places where you can great food. Also a supermarket is right around the corner. The prices are absolutely fine.
