A few months ago I bought a solar lamp from QVC. Unfortunately, having some work done on the house, a workman broke one of the plastic globes. I contacted QVC but they said they no longer sold them. One of my garden lights stopped working. I couldn't find out how to open the relevant spike jar to replace the bulb. I then asked Luxform for advice. Unfortunately, the lamp in question cannot open. Because I had received the spike jar as a gift, I could not send a receipt. However, I still received a new spike spot. Good service!
