They are the administrator of the airport. Generally they don't have details abut flight information for the public. Is best to contact your airline directly to the 1-800 number.
An "International" airport, without WiFi service or even receptacles to recharge electronic equipment ...... Administration without vision or idea of what is customer service. Aerostar, if you have not noticed we are in the year 2019 !!!!
They need to update. That of going from one office to another, both paperwork for a job. Make you come back because they threw away some paper that doesn't appear to them. It's not nice. Especially those of us who live far away. Digitizing is a good option !!!!
In gate A1 in the ladies room. The service employee, without waiting for the passengers to finish using it, went through laundering like crazy and damaged my clothes.
No free WiFi, they blocked all the windows in Terminal A with shops that are basically always empty, Terminal A lacks of illumination and charging stations, Terminal A needs a better air conditioner they need to change the seats in Terminal A, it s sad that jetBlue has no authority on the way Terminal A looks, otherwise it would ve been the best terminal. Terminal D is depressing, lost, abandoned, the same with Terminal E. The officers NEED to understand that I can t move from the unloading area in Departures if someone is still getting their belongings from the car or if someone is blocking me, same way in the arrivals area. Food options in all terminals lacks of variety, only Terminal A has more variety than the rest of the Terminals. FIX YOUR ROADS, too much pot holes and too many speed bumps next to each other. They opened the Aeroparque back again, WHICH IS GREAT, but we wanted a cafeteria like before, not a Convenience store. Bring Hudson News (Hudson now) back!!
Poor service, not professionals without education and interest when giving service. They do not answer any summary calls from the worst agencies and companies that PR has.
