A few months ago I bought a solar lamp from QVC. Unfortunately, having some work done on the house, a workman broke one of the plastic globes. I contacted QVC but they said they no longer sold them. I then contacted Luxform to see if I could buy a spare replacement. They responded very quickly and after sending a photo, they sent one free of charge. There communication and customer service can only be described as excellent. Many thanks.
