Best spa treatment I've ever had! Karma treatment - worth every penny! Thank you for looking after me Shelby and Helen. I forgot where I was for a hour and felt transformed to another world. I'll be recommending this to everyone

Amazing store. I was greeted by Eliza and she showed me around the whole store, asking me relevant questions to see what products would suit me best. She definitely made my experience unforgettable and I am very happy with the products. Will definitely come back to Eliza when I need more.

Lush has amazing high quality, cruelty free products. They're a bit pricey though but they also last longer. I love this store in specific cause it's a really big store. Lots of choices and always help if you need some. Sometimes the people in Lush can be a bit pushy don't get intimidated by that and you'll be fine.

Love lush! The best thing is its mask for eyelashes and its powder blocker, you can use it all day long! They have excellent skin care products. Do not hesitate to test their bases and pigments. Everything is natural and has an expiration date

If you're into Lush, definitely go here. They've got all sorts of things that you won't find in the other Lush shops. There's even a spa here! Make sure to order treatment in advance, though, as they've usually got a busy schedule.

Love this place. So colourful. Smell gorgeous. Amazing bath bombs, shampoos, creams, perfect for gifts. Accessible with wheelchair or buggy to the bottom level and the rest is stairs, although I might have seen a lift In The corner but double check. Staff is very friendly and helpful & full of advice. You can touch and smell. All very healthy too. Recommended!

Probably the best customer service I have ever got from a high street store. The staff were very very friendly and completely knew there products inside and out. I told them who I was shopping for and my budget and they did the rest. Very happy

Yaaaasss. This is the mothership of Lush stores. It s massive. All of your dreams will come true here. And your pocketbook may also be lighter. Either way, if will be an experience you do not want to miss. Staff here are friendly and very personable. If you want to try something out before you buy, you can get a sample. If you are visiting London and you do not go here, your trip basically didn t count.

My daughter and I were in the Lush Tottenham Court Road shop on Tuesday evening past (23rd Jan). We were being attended by Rory - an extremely courteous and helpful member of staff. He spent considerable time and effort to make sure that I got the right creams I need. It was my birthday on that day, and my daughter happened to mention this to Rory. So, to my surprise, Rory then told me that he wanted to give me something as a birthday treat and handed me a tub of cream as a gift. I was totally overwhelmed by his kindness and wanted to let everyone know what a lovely young man he is. He really made my birthday more special for me. Thank you so much Rory.

Love the fantastic products of lush. However the smell is so overwhelming every time I get sidetracked and I end up buying a plethora of products. They have some amazing gift ideas.

Lush is amazing. The employees are all very knowledgeable about all the products and everything that goes into them. Meaning they are great at suggesting products that will benefit you for what you need them for. All items are cruilty free and natural. And they smell amazing. Highly recommended

My wife likes Lush products, so always makes a great gift. The shop on Oxford Street is very big with lots of products to see and the staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the products.

Lush is one of the few stores you can smell before you see. Inside they sell a dizzying array of soaps, bath bombs, oils conditioners and other items all ethically sourced and hand made. Sales people are attentive without being pushy and all too ready to help.

Amazing and uplifting aroma of the ingredients as you enter the shop. The products definitely seem to be better than the chemical ones, though I have just started using their soap. The staff are very helpful and the who experience of visiting the shop is excellent.

I had a great experience in this store yesterday. Ala, the lady who helped me choosing my products, was extremely helpful. She explained the difference between the shampoos and conditioners. I love their products and would highly recommend a visit. Thanks, Ala and the rest of the team!

Had so much more selection then your average Lush shop. Spent far too much there which is worrying, but oh so looking forward to going back. The staff were super and I would recommend a visit to anyone who lives to have their lush items have that little extra. The selection is fantastic and having been there twice now it is so much more than your average lush shop.

AMAZING is the word to describe this store. Literally all of the employees were extremely friendly, had a few nice chats with them. The amount of bath bombs you can buy here i just amazing aswel. The smell is amazing and the price seems fair for what you get.

The shop was very busy when I came in (Friday evening). I was overwhelmed but needed facial cleansers. Other sales assistants were too occupied to spare me a glance, major thanks to Alison who answered my questions.

Going in this shop was an experience in itself. Excellently laid out, fun to navigate and you can tell that all staff have been selected based on their quirky and fun personalities that add an extra sparkle to the vibe.

I like Lush as a brand but I'm ambivalent about this particular store. Although some of the staff are lovely, some are really rude and mocking - it's not good to take out your aggression on customers. Stock wise, they have all the new stuff and you have free reign on trying things but I'd always prefer the smaller, friendlier and less rammed stores. You just can't enjoy Lush for what it is at this one

I have bought a charity pot in this store because I was told it funds human rights. Learned it actually funds hate groups. Misleading ethics all pink and green washing. High prices for low ethics not worth it.

I know LUSH can be pricey but I like that it's vegan and I can bring up my empty containers to get a free face mask. I find The Charity Pot the best value for money. Also the dry deodorants are fantastic. On my next trip there I'll be getting the sunscreen bar. The staff are always so helpful and knowledgeable and keen to chat. I love going there!

This store was everything I wish all Lush stores could be. First off, it s big, the biggest one in the world. It has 3 floors and so much more to offer than your typical Lush store. Also, there a lot of UK exclusive items and even store More

I had to give this 5 stars otherwise my daughter would have strung me up. She had a wonderful time in this store (Oxford St), the largest Lush Store in the world, set over three floors it's a visitor attraction in itself, Just make sure you have plenty of money.
