Where do I even begin. Not only is this job WACK this place is horrible to work for. They expect outbound employers to meet the same standards as the employees in Inbound, when it s easy for Inbound to get production faster than outbound, they screw over not just their members, but they re employers. What they need to understand is to STOP CALLING THE SAME PEOPLE EVERYDAY. Not only does it piss us off it pisses the members off. If the calls are recorded which i m sure multiple are, then you hear the member say they don t wanna be called, they know how to handle their account & we put them on do not call list & yet, the next day they a call again, so I understand their frustration. If they said no, they will take care of what else needs to be taking care of on their account, THEY SAID NO! Run your company better & get that together, cause I won t be surprised when you no longer have a business because of how you treat your members & employers. I said what I said & I meant what I said.

Was fortunate enough to be able to present there on behalf of the company I work for, Iberostar The Club. The facility and staff were amazing. To work there must truly be a pleasure. The company provided every comfort imaginable for their employees. When I say EVERY COMFORT I'm talking massages, an on-site healthcare professional, free coffee, massage chairs, heated outside smoking area, even mini-putt putt golf. Kudos RCI

My very first experience with RCI I was terrible. I called myself booking a 3-day hotel stay for my husband's birthday in December we got put into the Magnuson hotel in Columbus on Route 161 the room was terrible. The imprint of someone's greasy head was on one side of the headboard. The sheets had hair and two cigarette burns and the multi stained duvet had cigarette burns as well. There was a large yellowish carpet stain that resembled bile by the bed and the hotel stunk. The asst manager was rude and told us that if we didn't like it we could leave and get our money back through Expedia. I told him I booked through RCI but he said Expedia made the reservation. After receiving an email to see if i enjoyed my experience, I sent an honest response. Someone by the name of Rebecca Gelowitz from Ice Enterprise responded on the same day we left the 1-star hotel and she promised to escalate the matter up. I haven't heard from anyone since even though I've reached out. Please reconsider depositing your points in RCI amd definitely check out hotels that you are referred to before you book. I thought that RCI would have the same 4star resorts that Wyndham has but the standards are not the same. You don't even know the organization you're working with. What was supposed to be a 3 day relaxing mini vacation for me and my husband turned into a one night horror stay at Motel Bates.

We have been RCI members since 1997. We had to move our vacation at our home resort in Orlando (not during our week) due the Covid-19 uncertainty. We decided to stay near a beach. We had to pay $69 for insurance or lose 75% of our points, then we were charged another exchange fee. Very disappointing that RCI is not waiving some of their fees in these unprecedented times. (23 years we have paid our membership and maintenance fees on time and this is how we are treated.)

Great company, They take time to share knowledge. I see a lot of reviews about sales presentations however I was offered one from state fair and said no ! easy to do or walk away. Because RCI does not sale or buy they are a membership for people who own already or looking to buy most cases you were probably speaking to a sales agent that does not represent RCI since they don't buy or sale ?

I was happy with my experiences but to each their own and just like anything study up to know what your looking at and the difference between a resort and hotel experience.

We have been members of RCI for over 15 years but have noticed the level of service declining. We put in a cancellation request for a June trip to Fairfield Glade in Tennessee in April and did not receive a reply. So we called them today and unfortunately were advised that RCI was not refunding the entire amount, but were keeping 40%, which could be applied as a credit towards a future trip if booked by December 2020. This is assuming the refund policy doesn't change again. Based on the above, my advice is to stay away from RCI and look into Airbnb and other alternatives that memberships are not required. Membership in RCI does not provide privileges, only costs.

BUYER BEWARE.If I could give a ZERO to RCI I would .They pride themselves on being the biggest and best travel service and quite frankly they are the worst. I bought a Vacation Package including a cruise and the "consultant " who was to follow up on perks and air travel left the company. The end result is I missed out on air deals and additional perks available prior to final payment. I understand people leave but at least assign customers another TA to see the booking through. To compound the problem the person they had call me to follow up on my complaint was dumb as a box of rocks and had no idea about his company's own product offering

They give you the illusion that you make $15/hr. That is true for training. After training, it drops to $10.25, and commission you earn can MAYBE get to $15/hr. I was in the FLEX department which takes inbound and outbound calls. 90% of the time, for 9 months, I was on outbound. Customers constantly scream at you for calling and demand to be on the Do Not Call list. And even if you put them on the list, it doesn t work. RCI also lies about the amount of vacation places they actually have. RCI employees take the vacations that are deposited by members, and members wonder why they can never get the vacation they want. I also got pregnant as soon as I started working there, but didn t realize until I was 12 weeks in February. I went to HR to get ADA set up for doctors appointments, longer/more bathroom breaks etc. It lasted until May and they denied me for not receiving my paper work when I had turned it in 10 times and had physical proof and copies of when I had faxed it over. When I asked if I could reapply, they said they would not even consider it because I was denied. There is also an MPR that must be met every month. How many sales you make, scheduled adherence, what kind of commission you re making, etc. And if you fail one of the 5-6 categories 4 months in a row, you get fired. My scheduled adherence began to fail because I needed more bathroom breaks (from being pregnant) and my ADA was denied. When I made a complaint to my supervisor, she simply said well you need to stop going to the bathroom so much . At the beginning of the fourth month, I had a meeting with my supervisor and her boss stating I would be fired at the end of the month. A week after that, my ADA got approved, but it was too late to fix my scheduled adherence. I ended up leaving the Friday before the Monday I would have been fired, and I was 9 months pregnant at this point. RCI only cares about sales and scamming customers. They do NOT care about their employees as much as they say they do.

I was charged 400.+ dollars to renew my membership, even though I never received an email or billing statement from the company. I was informed this happens often with other members . The result! The loss of accumulated points, a reinstatement fee, and being told this is what we do going forward sorry for our mistake. All beware this is how they make their money and fob its members.

Stayed at the Sheraton Buganvilias and was promised a 90 minute presentation which turned into 3.5 hours of stressful sales tactics. I'll never make that mistake again, and I'll never spend my money with RCI or any of it's affiliates.

Work at a company nearby and was eating lunch outside at an empty picnic bench on their large company grounds. Their security guard chased me off and was very rude as well.

Can t imagine I would do business with them for vacations if they can t even accommodate a lunch.
