Great spot to do some people watching while enjoying a sandwich and some beer.

This was a positive experience, pleasant restaurant with pleasant service. We will gladly come back.

Bought coffee and cappuccino. The coffee was simply cruel. Stood and cooked for a long time.

As a resident i Bergen i try to taste every burger in the city and this one does not come close to the top list at all. It is very price (both food and drinks) so if you want the best burger in town stay away. Instead try Royal Burger, Bien More

The food was good but rare to meet such a disinterested waitress.

The food was delicious and the service very friendly. The prices are as everywhere in Norway a bit expensive.

I had lunch with my gf and dont recommend this place to anyone. She ordered carpaccio which turned out to be beetroot and asked if it is possible to change as it was not stated on the menu that it was beetroot carpaccio. The waiter took the plate to the kitchen and after a few minutes came back with the same plate to the table and said that it is possible to order something else but we also have to pay for the carpaccio plate on top of the other plate for replacement. This situation is unacceptable in a restaurant in the center of Bergen. We will never ever go back there due to this bad experience.

Miserable service from some of the waiters. They should really be trained in how to behave when working in such a place.

Did not get what was on the menu, half of the food was missing, so it was tasteless and very dry. I said right away, but they did nothing about it. When we asked for the bill, I said that this was not good enough. But only got a shrug and an explanation that everyone can make mistakes. And it is so, but then you should be so customer-friendly that you apologize. Toilet stank of urine and was very disgusting to walk on.

I was here with 3 others. Had a very good experience. The waiter was very nice and accommodating. We ordered different dishes. The drinks were decent. A small but local selection of beers. The food really tasted great. The atmosphere in the room was a little different, but in a positive way.
All in all, I highly recommend this place.

The place is great once you are inside. The security personal prefers you to wait for 45minutes before letting you enter the place, even if it is rather empty. Advice, talk to your guests, let them know what s the status, get into contact with your customers.... and don t let them wait for waiting

Went there a busy saturday night with reserved table. Got a nice table. 6 people ordering 6 dishes and they all tasted great! Definitely recomemd!

Reason for 4 star was I think even how busy you are 50min waiting time after ordering food was a bit too long.

Quiet cafe, muted music. Nice that the staff arranged for the baby to stand next to us (baby on board) and opened up the extra door when we were leaving.

Music is at a good volume and a good play list which is what earns the 2 stars. The manager sits at the bar speaker phone on doing business or what ever. Charged 4 $ US for 2 pieces of bread. A simulation of scampi was presented saying requisite ingredients were not in kitchen. When facsimile was presented I asked for garlic lemon and butter and managed to enjoy my silk purse made from sows ear. All in all come for the music and hope manager is not on speaker phone. And beware of 4$ bread.

Very good location, in center of town. Varied menu. Brasserie style. So, informal. Nice outside tables in summer. Good vegetarian burger. Tapas plate is good as well. And, the regular burger is fine as well, of course.

We ordered five drinks which were so bad that they were undrinkable. When we complained, the waiter refused to make new drinks because he thought the drink was good. It all ended with the waitress saying that we could either sit down and drink the drink, or be thrown out. We then chose to go to never come again! Stay away from this miserable place!

Also ordered nachos with some mozzerella sticks and onion rings (200kr)
There you got 2 onion rings, 2 mozzeralla sticks and 2 cheesballs, the salsa that tasted like you buy right from the grocery store, same with the chips.

First and last visit!

Cozy local with very efficient, attentive and friendly staff! We had starters with ducks and main course with deer, both are to be recommended. The dessert became an Apple pietini, perfect for those who like both sweet and slightly sour. Here we will definitely be back!

Disappointingly bad. With the great location just off the blue stone and the way we were welcomed by the staff, we expected a good lunch. We ordered chicken burger, bbq burger and children's menu with chicken-nuggets. For the children's menu we ordered hot cocoa with cream. The cocoa was made from steamed milk and chocolate sauce. It was so bad that none of us managed to drink it. The burgers were soaked in sauce and dressing and prepared with ingredients that appeared as taken straight out of the packaging and put on burger bread. This one could be bought at bottom price and composed himself. The children's menu with nuggets tasted so bad that neither nuggets nor fries were eaten up. Disappointing bad experience!

Recommend does not seem to go there! We were a bunch who were on mm to have a few drinks. We ordered 5 drinks, which tasted very bad. It's okay to be unlucky with a drink, but when you complain, we expect the bartender to sort it out and make a new drink. We were told by a waiter that we did not get new drinks as he thought the drink tasted good. We did not give in to this and wanted new drinks. Then the waitress got annoyed and asked us to either sit down and drink the drink or to be thrown out. When I asked if he was really going to throw us out because we were complaining about a drink, he said yes. We have never met a less service-minded waiter. We chose to leave the place and will never come again also we hope this review can warn others against this place!

The best thing about this restaurant is definitely the great location. Right in the center of Bergen, with outdoor seating and panoramic window. But the food was relatively boring. Duck breast salad that consisted of a lot of ice salad, good strawberries, admittedly, but laber balsamic and a chevre that is better on rema. The other dishes that were tested by a group of 13 people ended up in the same place on the scale. We had to wait a long time to get ordered even though it was almost empty in the room, and those who ordered a gluten-free dish due to allergies, got loaf slices on top of their salad. So hope this place gets better eventually.
