This is the worst place ever. Before we bought the part we asked if we could get a full refund or else we wouldn t of gotten it. The woman working said yes. Now they are saying we can t return it. Which makes no sense since that is exactly what she told us. Never again!!

Pretty much the best deal in town on recycled auto parts. If they don't already have the lowest price, they will normally match or beat everyone else on same or similar merchandise...

If you use the Inventory Search on their website, make sure you call before you head over there. The inventory showed they had a couple parts that I needed, but when I called they said they didn't have any. Something isn't accurate so call ahead to confirm.

Lunds Auto is amazing I took my car there to get fix they had it fixed in just one day. They know what was wrong with it right away. All of there staff is just truly amazing they were so friendly, and they made sure that I understand what was wrong and what they were gonna to do to get my car fixed. Tried to double charge for takeing a part off that has to be taken off any way! Example. Went in for a TRANSMISSION R and R. The transfer case is bad also. It has to be " completely removed " to get the transmission out. Said I would bring a new one . Was told that I would b charged $700 extra to put new TC in. NO EXTRA WORK IS BEING DONE. THE PRICE OF LABOR FOR REMOVAL OF THIS PART IS ALSO INCLUDED IN ORIGINAL ORDER. Even tried to explain that a small extra charge was fair, i was told that i was lipping off because i was even attempting to dispute it. and that i was getting a deal. i did a lot of fair business with them before now that i was always super happy with.
I have a auto shop also. They have done over 20 TRANSMISSIONS for me literally. Something is up with their new management or something. No wonder they keep loosing mechanics. I have never even had a issue like this with a dealership. They might charge a arm an a leg for the part but they will not charge you for something that is out already, that has to be put back in as a part of the original job!. Can you say.."sheisty". I have seen this done to victims that dont know any better. I dont practice this. And this can be reported. They said $80 an hour for labor rate for a 10 hour book time job, but quoted me at $1100 plus towing. Be careful of these guys.

Found an engine for sale online at Lund s, called to confirm and get more information, left work early to drive there and pick it up, only to find out the engine never existed when I got there

Very disappointed in the service and the quality of parts. I was told the transmission I bought was tested and it was quite obviously not. Installed it with all new seals and fluids and it barely even shifted. Now I'm stuck eating all the time and money. Never going back here!
