All that was required of me after providing our initial request documents was eSigning documents as they were generated with only one set of documents that needed to be completed in person, which was also made seamless via mobile notary service. You will not be disappointed in the level of service you receive from Lund Mortgage!

Here is the truth about Lund Mortgage: They are incredibly knowledgeable in what they do and you should trust them if you are buying a home (especially your first). Matt Oliver earned our business because during our first call, I asked Matt what is the difference between them and others, why should we pick Lund. Other companies sounded gimmicky and said things like we have the lowest rates and BEST customer service. He flat out told me Well, it is a mortgage and there are plenty of mortgage companies. If you want to shop and or deal with an app, then go ahead. I think customer service and trust goes a long way, so the only thing I can do is assure you is that I will do the best I can and we usually do a great job. That no BS answer told me everything I needed to know.

We went in there a little excited with many questions and Matt Oliver took his time to give us answers to all of them. When we were anxious, tried to speed up parts of the process, or were thinking of doing something they wouldn t recommend, Matt would candidly shoot us straight and give us solid advice. The only negative thing about the whole process was they were occasionally hard to get ahold of. By that, I mean response within 24 hours - max. Which is understandable given the rates and the amount of customers flooding in. By no means was any of our process delayed or done wrong because of Lund, just a little patience was required on our end.

We went into this process fully ready to shop for mortgages and blitz for the lowest rate. In the end, Lund was good to us and got us an awesome rate off the bat. So we ultimately stuck with them all the way through and didn t look elsewhere.

Towards the tail end, Lisa Lund assisted us in a few matters. She was very polite, responsive, and knowledgeable as well. I can see why she runs the place. We plan to use Lund again if we start investing in other properties or need to refinance. 10/10 would recommend!

After obtaining numerous quotes and subsequently applying to three different financial institutions to take advantage of the historically low interest rates, Lund Mortgage was the obvious choice for me. In my case, they offered the best interest rate, APR, and closing fees. Additionally, their customer service was knowledgeable and responsive.

I have used Lund Mortgage for years to purchase and to refinance. My experience with Lund mortgage was when I had the great pleasure of meeting Stan Lund when he came to my home that I purchased 13 years ago. Stan was great, the customer service he provided was unmatched then and is still unmatched today. The whole Lund team is awesome but Matt Oliver is the man. Matt always finds the time to answer any questions you might have. And his knowledge of the market is unbelievable. Matt explains everything in full detail, he works hard to get you the best rate. You can t go wrong with Matt. I would highly recommend using Matt and the rest of the Lund team.

You did a good job of getting refinancing on my existing loan. Improvements would be to let me know ahead of time that you are changing the company that will be financing my loan. The total cost of refinancing was a little higher than I was originally told. Communicating more frequently the status of my loan would have been helpful. It all turned out OK.

Got my house refinanced but don't feel good about the overall interaction with their staff. I looked at the reviews and expected something different. I felt like the communication was lacking and the info delivered was not in the most customer service oriented fashion (very dry and felt condescending).

We also got told a set of numbers that turned out to be higher than was explained to us on the phone hours earlier. I called and texted the number listed on this persons signature and I was given no response. So now we are stuck with a higher payment than expected and do not feel good about this whole process. Very unfortunate...

I was extremely happy with the refinancing process and placement of my loan provided by Lund Mortgage. It was a team effort following my initial very positive work with Matt Oliver. I have recommended Lund to my family and friends for their mortgage needs.

I originally heard of Lund Mortgage in the early 2000's including now on 98.7 FM.
Lund Mortgage just re-financed my house for the second time. Matt Oliver handled both re-finances. This last refinance Mr. Oliver reached out to me indicating the rates were very good and recommended refinancing.
He allowed me to make the decision and with no pressure tactics. It's good to know a local company is looking out for good homeowners.

From beginning to end the refi went well. We were able to stay in touch as the process to place. The entire team at Lund was professional and knowledgeable. The title company was on top of everything as well. The mobile notary was the best Ihave ever dealt with. Very pleased.

I just sold my rental to my renters and Matt Oliver was there mortgage guy. 1st off he didn't even look at the file for 2 weeks and only did because my Realtor hunted him down. He did NOT communicate with my Realtor through out the entire process which was part of the problem. On Wednesday he calls my renters, his client and screams profanities at them and on Thurday the 4th he calls my Realtor and screams profanities and accuses her of trying to make his work conditions unacceptable because she was pressuring him to close. The Contract was suppose to close June 10th. He threatened to kill the deal 3 days before it was supposed to close even though the buyers had done everything they had asked of them. I sent a cure notice to them on Friday. Finally, Lisa Lund took over who by the way only lied to us all about loan docs and approval. She is no better (probably sleeping with Matt). The loan did close 5 days late thanks to my Realtor. NEVER USE LUND MORTGAGE!!!!

The process went smooth and simple. The only hiccup was related to the Coronavirus, where I had 2 days to obtain letter from employer that I was employed. Just FYI to secure that in advance in case needed. Not all companies have a streamlined process for that step.
