My sister and I just left Luminesse after our first laser sessions and we can not get over how great the experience was! We had separate appointments, but both had the same experience. They really have taken every precaution possible to make their clients feel comfortable and safe.
We scheduled our appointments online and were contacted immediately after with digital forms to complete prior to our arrival. Once we arrived we called to see if they were ready for us and we entered individually at our appointment times. Our temperatures were taken at the door, they provided us hand sanitizer and we were immediately escorted to our rooms. We did not come in contact with anyone other than our technician and there was no waiting around. Once we were in the room, we were handed a new pen to sign our forms and the technician re sanitized everything in front of us. The appointment went smoothly and we scheduled our next appointments right in the room. When we left, we used a separate side door to avoid coming in contact with any other technicians or clients. There were even tissues at the door to use when exiting to avoid touching the handle.
