My husband came in to get my engagement ring and raved about his experience, so naturally we came back for the wedding band. We worked with Amy, and I cannot say enough positive things about the service that we received. She was so patient and understanding. We looked at about a million different options, and changed our minds just as frequently, but she continued to give us her undivided attention to ensure we were satisfied. Luisa Graff gave her the ability to take care of us in the fantastic manner that she did, I would highly recommend them for any of your jewelry needs. They truly can work wonders.

The item I purchased for our 11 year anniversary from @LuisaGraff was perfect. Kat was amazing. She was there with me when I called until the gift was wrapped. She even helped me with the note. Its the little things that count and Kat @LuisaGraff definitely paid attention to every detail.

My son went to the Academy and we sponsored 6 other cadets over the last 4 years. 2 of them bought rings from Luisa for their engagements, they raved about the service, price and quality. We just recently went in for an event they had. We were greeted by several staff members at different times in a very friendly and so not pushy way like your typical salesperson. One of the first girls gave me a raffle ticket and I won a beautiful pearl bracelet. Luisa s is a wonderful atmosphere, friendly knowledgeable staff, beautiful selection, and great specials on top of their already competitive prices.

Wow!!! I m floored by my experience at Luisa Graff! Gloria, the wonderful lady who helped us, was a gem! She was so helpful with finding what we were looking for, and was kind enough to show us all possible options to make sure we were satisfied with our choices. Best jewelry shopping experience ever. Aside from the staff being very helpful and honest, Gloria, our specialist, was extremely knowledge about the quality and characteristics of diamonds and jewelry overall. She was stellar! My girlfriend and I visited a lot of other stores and the quality and the engagement rings at those stores didn t compare at all.

I always find myself at ease when I visit this store. From the moment you step through the door, you're greeted and made to feel like you're truly taken care of. Their employees are kind and patient (I bring my 2 little boys with me) and always offer the kiddos cookies or chips. Andrew is exceptionally knowledgeable and honest in his approach, which I find refreshing. He takes the time to go over all the little details so you make an informed decision. I've had several rings resized here and am currently waiting to get my new wedding set back from them. Knowledgeable, professional and personable. I will continue to come here for jewelry needs and would recommend it to anybody else.

We have had the best time ever with picking out our engagement rings, the ruby stone that was set in my fiance's ring and the bands. What truly made this so wonderful was Karen Lepler.
Karen's attention to detail, making sure she showed us everything and all the time she spent with us is what made this experience perfect.
She is what keeps us coming to Luisa Graff Jewelers besides the fact that there is so many pieces to look at and choose from to be able to hand pick our rings to symbolize our love and to start our memories together.
Everyone has always been so helpful during our experiences with your store and going above and beyond. We had went back to purchase our bands and found that the designer was no longer making them and they were not readily available so Karen had your Jewlers reach out to the designer and was able to special order them for us to make our design complete.
Karen, thank you for making this memory so amazing, I am so happy you have been a part of it!

If you're looking for a friendly, non-pushy, takes into consideration the decision you're about to make kinda place, Luisa Graff is honestly the place to go. Let's break down my experience as a 27 year old "single" dad of a 7 year old walking into Luisa Graff. Which, mind you, isn't like any normal jewelers. I'll cover the friendliness, hospitality and overall experience later, but for now - imagine yourself nervous as hell about to take the next step in your relationship.
1. First thing I did when I walked in, I was introduced to Gloria, a kinda lady who understood the deer in the headlights look I had when I walked in. She took me into her care and we never looked back. One of the best things they did for me to calm my nerves, they offered me a beer.. which I was down for and enjoyed throughout my entire experience.
2. We sat down to look at rings and (just in my experience because I knew exactly what I was looking for, I found the ring I knew my girlfriend would love.
3. As we took a quick tour around the islands (as I called them) to double check there wasn't anything else that may have caught my eye, it was time to check out the diamonds. This was my favorite part - there wasn't any pushing, no "well, are you sure you don't want this way too expensive diamond" just to make more off the sale - it was totally my decision. Gloria knew what she was talking about, knew how to spell it out to me so I understood what I was looking for and just like that, we found the ring and the diamond I knew was the perfect combination to ask my girlfriend to spend the rest of her life with me and my (our) kiddo.

I was told the ring wouldn't be ready until the day before my girlfriends birthday (which was yesterday 25 October, '19.) But they got it to me a whole week early and it was done gorgeously!

Today's the day, all... her birthday hike is in a few hours and I can't wait to start it with her as her boyfriend, and end it with her as her fiance.

All that to say this - if you need a personable experience to take your time and not feel like you're being herded like cattle in a mall, please go to Luisa Graff. Their entire staff are super friendly and will treat you like family. Gloria was amazing! Best wishes to all!

Clover assisted my husband and I today. She was very knowledgeable, patient and understanding! I am an indecisive gal and had to look at pretty much every ring in the store, but she never made me feel like I was being a pain. She clearly knows the jewelry industry and her customer service is top notch! The other staff members we also very kind, they worked as a team to get us taken care of since we had stayed after store closing. My husband and I appreciated the no-pressure, customer centric environment! Thank you to the whole team, especially Clover! I am so excited to get my new rings in a few weeks.

My engagement ring is from Luisa Graff Jewellers and I absolutely love it! I enjoyed making a wish list and then my finance appreciated the guidance he was given towards helping pick out my dream ring.

Today, I went in to get my ring cleaned and inspected and looked at bands whole I was there. I worked with Janette. She was fantastic! She really listened to what I liked and disliked for each option and used that to inform the next bands she showed me. I was so grateful for her time and attention!

My 8 yr old daughter and I stopped in one day when we had nothing better to do. I am on the hunt for the perfect jacket for an antique diamond ring. Brooke greeted me with a smile and began to show me around. She showed us where the kids corner was located and started a movie for my daughter. That didn't last two seconds, as my daughter loves jewelry and Luisa Graff has a plethora of beautiful pieces. Brooke had a trainee with her, who began showing pieces to my daughter while Brooke worked with me. I really appreciated that they didn't seem bothered that I wouldn't be buying a ring that day, as I am considering making a custom ring. Brooke explained the process in depth. They were so kind and genuine, I will likely return to have my custom ring made there very soon! The customer service was through the top amazing!!

My first time at Luisa Graff and my experience was great! They do a temperature check before entering, which makes me feel so much better. I was assisted by Carolyn, who is such a wonderful human. I went in so I could get a couple of family rings resized and a new chain. She gave me so many options for my chain to make sure I found the perfect one. So glad I choose a local and veteran owned business. I would highly recommend!

Rebuttal to Andrew's comment to the initial review...

Rebuttal to Andrew's comment to the initial review lacks validity, integrity, and logic. When Amy, an employee tells you us to call our insurance company to explain the chip in my diamond with a photo provided, that's what we did. She stated a microscopic chip was found. See attach picture. The chip may spread overtime resulting in the diamond becoming loose and quite possibly fall out unexpectedly. How would I know about a chip, if she tells me there's a chip?! Why would she tell me to call my insurance company?! As Andrew would say, "We're perplexed." My wedding ring has been insured with USAA for the past 4 years, not Gem Shield. Graff provided Gem Shield from 2014-2015. If this was fraud, we could have said the diamond was lost. How unprofessional for Andrew to make unfounded accusations? This is a reflection on the core values of the company. However, not surprising considering his lack of professionalism and maturity when we spoke. His hospitable persona is a farce. When you ask him to explain with conceptual understanding what might have happened to the diamond, you'll get two different answers. The original jewelry appraisal documents are attached in the review. Fraud? I encourage Andrew and his employees to press the reset button and re-engage in professional development on customer service. Would you purchase jewelry from a company who accuses a customer of fraud? Especially, when the recommendation came from an employee? My review is below. My rebuttal to Andrew's comment is above. Twenty-one years as a school administrator and my husband, retired Lt. Colonel in the United States Air Force of 24 years, we understand the power of exceptional customer service. Why? When there's exceptional service, you're apt to share experiences with friends and colleagues. The outcome may bring future customers, families, students, and commanders eager to work with you because positive rapport and experiences were built. The recommendations provided by Amy, a Luisa employee took several days. First, a text was sent to their system requesting documents to no avail. Called the next day to speak to Amy. I was told she went to lunch and would return my call shortly. She did not. Called the third day and Amy was off. They said she will call me when she returns to work. I said I'm coming now and I would like to speak with Andrew. I was met by Rain. Rain said she called and left a voicemail a few minutes ago. I asked for appraisal documents, but Rain nor Andrew provided it. I inquired how a chip at the base of a diamond might occur. She asked if I noticed it. I said, "How would I notice it?" "It's microscopic?" I said Amy text me a photo of the chip magnified for that very reason. Rain said the chip in the diamond may be caused from blunt force trauma. A microscopic chip, unseen to the human eye may be caused by blunt force trauma. Andrew did not wear a mask in the store. He talked without a mask on. During the conversation, he said they don't use words like blunt force trauma when discussing microscopic chips. Ironically, by the end of our conversation he said, "It could have happened due to blunt force trauma." Speaking both sides of his mouth. He wasn't interested in looking at the messages between myself and their message system to see no one reached out. He said, "Rain called you." I said, "That's because she knew I was on my way and I asked to speak to you." Attitude and trust is everything. As an interracial couple who walks in faith, how can you trust a company who accuses a customer of fraud? When treated with respect and professionalism, we're most receptive to a win-win. Andrew never apologized. How about, "Here's what I can do to make it better," not vice versa. If you want a jewelry company who's professional? I highly suggest Jared's. They provide a lifetime warranty on their diamonds if you get it checked every 6 months. Something I did at Luisa's every 2-3 months. The outcome? Andrew handed me my wedding ring in a bag and I was on my way to Jared's.

Great and fun experience buying new wedding rings and getting old rings re-sized after an adventure accident. Amy was very knowledgeable about gems, chemical interactions of materials, and the strengths of various types of gold (white, rose, etc). Even better, she had a great sense of humor, wasn't homophobic, and helped us pick the perfect new rings to celebrate our long term marriage.

Gloria at Luisa Graff was very nice and very professional. Every item that I left at the store and the work to be done was carefully documented. I was kept informed of any additional work needed and related charge. I was a bit surprised by the time required to do the work and Covid didn t help. But as soon as the store was able to reopen, Gloria gave me a call. The work done was great. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Andrew was extremely professional. I had come to Luisa Graff jewelers 10 years ago for my engagement ring and wedding band and I'm back for my tenth anniversary. I thought that I would just get a matching band and it would be sufficient. He suggested something different. Through his expertise he said that it's not always best to go exactly symmetrical. I'm glad I listened. My wife loved it. She enjoyed the new setting even better than the first. Rings look great being stacked together and she knows that the new ring marked a special occasion. Purchased a necklace here On a special order came on time exactly like it was supposed to looked great customer service was fantastic went back in And had a ring resized from a 4 to a 7 on an opal stone and they did a phenomenal job you can't even tell it was a a size 4 before. Also what contributed me to going here instead of anywhere else was this was the only place in town that wasn't by reservation and was open during covid
