Andrew was extremely professional. I had come to Luisa Graff jewelers 10 years ago for my engagement ring and wedding band and I'm back for my tenth anniversary. I thought that I would just get a matching band and it would be sufficient. He suggested something different. Through his expertise he said that it's not always best to go exactly symmetrical. I'm glad I listened. My wife loved it. She enjoyed the new setting even better than the first. Rings look great being stacked together and she knows that the new ring marked a special occasion. Great experience. 5/5, 10/10, 2 thumbs up. LC
