Lots of handicap parking great location people are real friendly

It's certainly bigger than any Lucky in Oakland. If you like Lucky, this would be the one to go. Plenty of parking.

Nice grocery store. Huge. Clean. Express lines awesome way to get out fast. Has convenient auto services like red box, lotto, auto key making machine, got coffee machine. Dont go to the customer service counter. No one ever going to show up to help.

I'm not usually a huge fan of Lucky grocery stores, but this one is pretty good. It has a decent beer section, good baking supplies, and an okay produce section (don't expect anything wildly exciting). I'd go back, if my options were limited.

I always find what I need, at great prices, when I need.

Horrible!!!
Prices are sky high. No organization no social DISTANCE, you have to clean your own shopping cart. Trash on the floor from contaminated paper used by shoppers . They don't ask if you need a plastic bag, they charge you automatically. So if you are stressed about Covid19 this is not a place you want to shop.

The clerk that check me out was very rude .no smile nothing nice to say...i was not that happy when i left..

So just bought some vitamins in Lucky paid $30 for 30 pills and then found out Costco selling the same exact thing 200 pills for $30

Never carts in the store. Have to search the parking lot everytime I go to this store. Not to mention, I have bag my groceries. If I wanted to do this, I would go to Food Maxx.

Pleasantly surprised. Haven't shopped a Lucky market in a long time. Large clean well appointed store. Amazing selection of bulk goods. Nuts,seeds beans granola flours snacks candies. Some organic. Fresh produce. Huge deli section. Meats cheeses chicken many salads with weekly specials. Samples freely given on everything! Organic produce. Short shelf life. Managers receptive to suggestions and quick to solve any issues. Lots of gift plants and greeting card selections. Nice bakery. Mind changed .Watch out Safeway!

My go to shopping spot. Employee's are friendly and helpful for the most part. Usually pretty well stocked. I knocked off 2 stars for the condition of the restrooms. The restrooms are disgusting and smelly. The walls and floors are filthy and need to be disinfected. Urine and toliet paper were on the floors. The toliet seat and walls were black. The lock was broken on the stall. Totally disgusting !

We should not have to pay for bags if shopping in your stores

Most of the employees at this Lucky location are very rude, including the managers.The service in the deli section is horrible and the majority of workers there have bad attitudes. I ve only encountered one or two helpful employees and can do without them for the most part. Apart from that the location is convenient and sales are good.

Persons employed by lucky at Fairmont square are just nice people

This is my go to grocery store. It's usually well stocked, and the employees have always been great. They're rewards program is awesome, and their quality of produced is quite nice! I haven't had a bad experience here.

Large store that doesn't feel as crowded as others in the area. The same can make it seem like a box stores and impersonal.

Very clean and easy to get in and out of. The prices are higher than Grocery Outlet or Food Maxx, but they have a great selection.

On this trip we needed a small bag of ice, but the only size they sold was 20 pounds. So we had to go to another store to buy a smaller one.

This is a very good Lucks store, Workers are always helpful and the store has a lot to pick from.

Place gets robbed regularly, lots of people grabbing and dashing. They have a rent a cop that stands by the door often on their personal cell phone with their mask down off there face . The cashier's are really nice and very good at there job. The store is clean and the produce and meat is good quility. The store does the best it can in the location it sits in

Love this store. Clean store, great staff, this includes security, cart people and baggers. Fresh produce and deli items. Good fried chicken. Convenient near mall, gas, banks and other venders I frequent.

Why I'm pleased with shopping at Lucky's is because I can usually find what I want. Very helpful and courteous staff. Clean and neatly stocked shelves. Money-saving items and now, for a short period of time, when you spend at least $25 dollars you can get certain items free!

Store is very clean, well maintained, fully stocked, produce always looks at its best. It is very obvious this group of employees enjoy their jobs as they are always pleasant and willing to assist. I have had THE PLEASURE of meeting and being helped by the store manager, Mitch, who always is smiling and appears to treat his fellow employees with respect. While Luckys does have competition with their prices, their customer service and attention to register lines make this store my primary go to store. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. Also you guys have gotten all my Rx business, again great customer service

Everything you need is here. Grrat deals and good prices.

Convenient location. Plenty of parking. Self checkout is available if you are getting 15 items or less otherwise you are in line at a check stand for a significant amount of time.

Love that store! Friendly people. Shop there all the time. Just wish they had Diet Dr Pepper caffeine free.

I do the majority of my grocery shopping at this location, my boyfriend loves the meat market.

.This is my neighborhood store. Amazingly I can locate what I need quickly and checkouts are stress free.

There close by. They run sales alot. Just watch buying the hamburger! They wrapped fresh hamburger over old hamburger! Not good! Otherwise okay! The butcher should be fired!!!

The steaks are the best I've found in the East Bay so far and the employees are friendly and there is a bit more variety than the cheaper stores.. I mix it up now and then.

Why do I come here? They are always out of everything. All the sale items are all sold out. Deli counter closes earlier than other stores same for the seafood dept. Need to post this so as to remind myself to never come back to this lucky store. How they could get 4 stars review is a mystery to me
