This is an organisation entrusted to supply Philippines with telecommunications. This they fail to do adequately.
Service and processing will take more than 2 hours so dont bother coming here
The customer service is good but the technical team is slow to respondvto the problem.

We have just a cellphone from this company and we started to get harassing phone calls from them saying that we have a home phone and should pay our bill. The phone operator even mentioned that if we hired a lawyer we could fight them on this. Why hireva laser when we never ordered a home phone. Don't sign up with this company!

Horrendous customer service. It seemed like they were not at all interested in acknowledging our inquiry. Poor service. Other branches are better.
Service is horrible. Staff act like I m invisible and totally ignored me. Prepaid service equally horrendous. Subscribing to this service will drain your money while throttle put on your usage. Worst ISP ever. Smart is equally bad. No other internet options for travelers so stuck with stupid greedy companies.
