Lucky Stores Review

Super convenient since it's close to my house. Prices are cheaper than Safeway especially when there's a sale.

They had everything that I was looking for. The help was friendly and knowledgeable.

The visit was good.....But when i went 2 customer service the young lady named Maggie gave me a rain check with out any questions asked & she was very polite nice & curtious

Good produce, wonderful staff, comparable prices. A good place to get groceries.

I went a day early for the sales. Still got what I wanted at a reasonable price. Headed back tomorrow for sure.

Too high: low grain selects, Intl. foods to high with limited selection, juices of diversity scares, meats to high-limited to pork, limited nutritional foods.
Can't teach old hats new tricks. I always come out with a low purchases; $20. Don't even purchase novelity items.

Is lucky getting expensive- or its just me getting broke? Lol
I still shop there tho

I was able to find everything that I needed so that I can be able to go back home.

Aleita and Torrence.
They are always kind and they are funny and they are just like family.
I love going shopping at Luckys.

Lucky at times have great deals.
I am disappointed in their Rewards program. Either I access it and can use it OR it is down with NOTHING for me to refer to.
Lost so many rewards dollars that I converted from points to dollars!! Takes a long time to add up points then to lose it!!! Not nice.....

I was not happy with my experience.
The woman bagging was not wearing effective face protection. when I pointed
this out to her, I got attitude. I really don't
feel safe shopping at a store where someone is breathing on my groceries. Also to mention
getting attitude from someone who's job it
is to be of service.

There's always great produce but the lines were sure a little long today a nice man that was in front of me let me go be before him so that was great I think they need a couple more cashiers but all in all that's a great store

Expensive, expensive, and more expensive. Discounts on overly prices items of 20 to 50 cents off only. Gave it two stars because close to home.

Excellent service. I came in 20 min before they close and they were very accommodating even. Lisa even made sure that I am safe until my Uber ride came to pick me up. Opening as early as 6am and closing as late as 12 midnight help us customers with really hectic schedule..keep it up. Finally I ain't gonna eat fast food since I will be cooking my meals again.

Good customer service to an exception of one female at the deli.

A clean shopping center with good hand made sandwiches.

Clean no big lines and you can buy pretty much any grocery product you need.

Lucky has always been my favorite place to shop because of their good food quality and professional staff.

Pricey and variety is slim compared to other Lucky stores.

Went to get a fruit tart pie and they had beautiful ones. I also bought more things at the bakery because of the great prices.

I found the cat litter muy barato $4.99 bueno precio. Just another big chain put on your track shoes and shop till you drop.

I give the store four stars I've been here plenty of times is Right around the corner from my house every time I do come they're very professional very nice very sweet majority of the time I'm able to get in and out the store and majority of the time I say 9 times Outta 10 I'm always able to find what I'm looking for is just one day I came in there and there was no green onions like none so other than that

Not crowded. Fast, friendly service. Good selection of seafood and soy sauces.

Good luck if there is a fire..... the emergency exits in receiving are always blocked by huge bale pallets. The bathrooms are always gross as well..

Edit...the female manager needs to learn how to answer a phone properly and not be so RUDE....

Really run down. Bad workers, who talk endlessly. Patron's who cut lines, rude, and arrogant and can't back anything up but with just bad attitudes and "East bay" mentality (Trashy run down and mad that they live in a ghetto area). Def not a good store.

Do all my shopping here! Always find what I need quickly and continue my day without any hassles!

The best thing about This Lucky's is the fried Chicken strips and fried chicken. It is some of the best I've ever eaten. Lucky's prices for groceries are RIDICULOUSLY overpriced.

Was not friendly with us. Maybe my shade was not conducive to their atmosphere

Hounding me like i was going to steel. And it wasnt even security. It was the cashier and meat department. I heard the cashier asking over the overcom to check me me out. It was embarrassing. I will never go to that luckys. Or any one of the after that traumatizing event

Older store as far as appearance, but friendly & helpful enployees & managers more than make up for that.

MOLDED BREAD. Bought Natures Own Bread 15 hours ago and it is disgustingly molded. Good job bread guy?

Marco in the deli has very good customer service. He goes above and beyond for his customers, even on the night before Super Bowl Sunday (the busiest day/night of the year.)
The broccoli salad and pasta salad in the deli are so yummy.

Luckys does need to update their deli sandwich area though, and add garlic and chipotle aioli, fresh mozzarella, artichoke, pesto, spinach or romaine or arugula (not just iceberg lettuce.) At the prices they are asking $6.99 for a basic sandwich, they should have many more ingredients as options.

Sometimes I get a few deli from it or I get fresh produce.

Good location plenty of parking and disability parking nice wide aisles very nice produce

It has a nice selection of produce, but a number of things like baking cocoa are quite expensive. May not be the best place for all of the shopping list.

Shop there off and on over ladt 4 years . Have always found what I was looking fot.

Best Grocery Store Ever. The friendliest people work there. Especially the crew that are in the deli. The food there always looks fresh and they treat you like family. I appreciate the fine service you provide to your customers.

Cant believe prices are so high!!! I hadnt been to a Lucky in a long time. Pretty shocking.

They have just overhauled this location and it looks way better inside. There is also allot more fresh foods at the bakery and deli departments. Overall the only problem I see is that items aren't in the exact same place anymore so you probably want too add an extra half hour to do your shopping and to get reacquainted with the store.

I love Lucky's I'm glad they're back over Albertson's!!

Produce was old and some of it rotten and many empty shelves, won't be coming to this lucky again

No stars they are rude and racist and i will be trying to file a suit against them

It's okay good my daughter some cupcakes for her bday they where kind of hard! The lines where short and service was great!

Been visiting this Lucky for years. Friendly staff and usually stocked.

I just wish they had more vegan plant based organic products not made from soy and tofu. They use to carry a lot of Field Roast vegan plant based products and then they switched to tofu. So now I have to go to 2 stores to get all my plant based organic products.

Went earlier, before noon bathroom clean thank goodness much appreciated especially during these times. The shelves seem to be fully stocked. Got everything on my list. Social distancing is NOT an issue.

I do not like this store I just go by emergency very expensive and customer service is bad.
