Overall good.. for a family check in.. but parking is an issue especially if you drive a big vehicle.. as the carpark lift to 3rd and 7th floor for sure cannot drive in as the space are too tide..
Morning breakfast is provided. Overall good. (Not a 5 star hotel type of selection but the local Malaysian style) hotel location is good as 3min walk to the main road and there are streets food stalls here and there. (Cause in penang parking can be really an issue due to limited space)
Friendly staff.. willing to help even changing coin as she use her own money to exchange it for your need..

Very clean, the room is big! There is a day and night to eat, you can taste the fried noodles of bird droppings

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL
Their staffs are full of scam, I stayed here for 2 nights giving deposit of RM50. When I was checking out, they try to take all of my deposit for a dirty towel. It was a powder and coffee mark, which are easily washable, and it is a towel anyway right?!? We don't want to make a trouble so we just pay for the charge, however they do not want to give us a a receipt, we have to FORCE them to give us the receipt.

Recommended hotel for couple honeymoon, family n friends. Location in the center of Penang, the environment quite privacy which i love it. Thanks all.

The hotel is new and rooms are clean.Staffs are friendly and greet you as you enter.Opposite the hotel has relatively not too bad dim sum restaurant.Now,the rooms are not sound proof thus you can hear singing/music blasting from the ktv opposite the hotel till 12am.The elevators are slow.It took me 2 rounds to go down from 10th floor.The staffs should educate/inform tourists especially from China not to run and talk loudly at 2am at the corridor and sound above our room.I was woken up by the sound.It was super annoying!

Enjoyed my stay in mei hotel, as the staffs are all very friendly, and it is located in a very strategic place in the island . I got to everywhere very quickly from this hotel. Plus, parking is also very convenient here.
