The more time we spent here, the more we liked it. We expected more - something really cool to see or do. Instead, this space is given over primarily to a restaurant, a cafe, a bookstore and a hammam (public bath house). There is an exhibition space upstairs. Costs vary depending on the exhibit.

The cafe has outdoor seating on beach chairs around low tables. There are multiple shade trees here and the tables overlook the river. Prices are very reasonable.

The hammam claims to be the largest in France but we did not verify that claim.

This place is also a very short walk from the train station and has free public restrooms.

Every evening, something different! A place, an institution. The diversity of the environments contained in the building make it chameleonic without losing its identity. Too bad for the area where you dance that in its arrangement incites to the passage so it is not very calm. The concerts are almost always free and it is the place where everyone gets together when the other pubs are closing

Avoid the butter sauce, it's just melted butter! And the pasta was dry ... very disappointed! Reported to the waitress who was not surprised at first. Coming in August nothing to see it was perfect

Multi-purpose cultural center, built in the abandoned LU biscuit factory. It hosts theaters, a Hammam bar and restaurant. Quick lunch, fairly good quality, fast service, moderate price.
Post-industrial environment, therefore interesting by definition. It is worthwhile to enter even just for a coffee.

Delicious, the old lu biscuit factory houses a restaurant, a bar, exhibition space, theater hall, bookshop and hammam. Really a lieu unique. The industrial character works very well and attracts a very wide audience. The bar is also cheap and has a very extensive menu. As far as I am concerned, the top of alternative addresses in Nantes.

Truly unique, this place with typical architecture of the early 20th century and the industrial era of the city of Nantes, reminds us of the importance of the LU company.
Its premises include a sauna, a bookstore and an exhibition hall.

Super nice atmosphere. There are several exhibitions, we saw one of manga that we liked a lot. It is a factory converted into a cultural center. There is a bar with a terrace to have a drink. Recommendable.

Cultural center but not that. It is also a bar where you can meet friends or work there, a restaurant (good burger rossini), a bookstore, a showroom all in an industrial setting (former factory LU) near la.gare . It's worth the detour.

A beautiful welcoming space where it is good to have a drink or eat. Good food: simple and quality.
The downside: the railway line next door with a very regular passage of trains on a metal walkway; guaranteed squeaks

Apart from the "libraries at night" and having a drink, we were disappointed not to find any information on the history of the place (neither poster nor video nor anything, this place is nevertheless loaded with local industrial history). The virtual reality exhibit was great.
