very disappointed in this staff of lawyers. I had my advice with them on Tuesday (Supposedly it was for zoom) and it was just a very quick call about my case. Also on the page it says that they speak Spanish and none of the people I spoke with knew Spanish. I tried to express myself in the best way, in order to make my case understood. The lawyer kept sending me the contract and it never came. Send many emails requesting a response to the assistant and zero response. A waste of time. I do not recommend it .

Don t even bother to call them regarding you case. They don t even listen to any of your questions. I had a list of questions and I started with general visa questions. This lady cut me off in middle saying that she is busy with other visa processing right now and that I have to call her after a month.

Major Mistakes had to be rectified. I was disappointed they do a lot of cut and copy paste from previous case which is not good. Attorney John was very responsive that I liked alot. If there were not that many errors I would rate them 5 stars.

Mr. John Durishan did an amazing job with my case. From now on, he is me and my family's permanent immigration attorney. He always responds to questions and is quick to get back to you if he can't answer at the moment. He's always spoken to me respectfully and professionally. We had appointment at 2:30 PM and at 4 PM still waiting for layer. Basically if you don't mind waiting for few hours then you can make a appointment but Atlanta view is good from conference room.
A suggestion- waiting room should be conference room.

We paid $2120 for service for final order of removal. We wasn't explained that she lacked experience with this type of case instead she filed papers which clearly stated a passport was required so the papers were rejected and we lost several things that day. When I reached out about the situation she stop replying to my messages & when I called to asked about the case she tells me the trust was broken because I started a dispute with the credit card company and she pretty much didn't have anything else to say to me. She took our money and fleed. I will be contacting the state bar about this firm taking people money!

Was really happy to receive quick replies whenever had a concern. And impressed to see that the case manager was determined to have my case filed asap. Unlike experiences with other law firms where I had to nag the attorneys to not forget about me and get my case filed before the deadline.

In 2012, I was looking for a reputed Immigration attorney to handle my special case and a friend of mine suggested Lucy Lu and Associates to me. When I first contacted their firm, they immediately scheduled an appointment to discuss in detail about my case and how they would proceed to help me resolve it. I personally met Lucy Lu and explained my situation, she immediately understood my case and suggested I apply for a special Kind of visa through which I can get a Green Card.

Lucy Lu and Philip were handling my case at the time and they were very professional and easy to work with. They would personally call me and explain where we were standing on the case and kept me up to date on my case (or) they would quickly respond to calls personally when we call or leave a VM or leave a note at the front desk.

My special visa was approved in time and without any issues which am thankful to them for.

Now, Attorneys Lucy lu & Ke Zhang are doing all the paper work needed for my GC application. Attorney Ke Zhang has been in constant touch with me in order to collect all the required documentation. In February 16 we were planning to visit our cousins in Atlanta for a weekend. I called their office to see if they could schedule an appointment during that time. Initially I was told they were closed during weekends and do not take any appointments. I requested the front desk to leave a note on Attorney Lucy Lu s desk requesting for a special appointment, She called back as soon as she got my note and said she will try to meet me at her office during weekend depending on her commitments, but did not tell me the time to meet instead she gave her PH# to call and see if she can still meet. When I called her on Saturday morning she did not answer my call but she called back after an hour and said she can meet me at her office, which was very nice of her. That meeting helped me understand in detail how my case is proceeding and where we are standing currently.
