The took forever to handle the case done!!!! Do not come over here! I been sending my case long time ago they haven't send it to immigration yet so far. I am so tired of they are saying, ok I will send email to you by afternoon, because it never happened! I don't know how long they are going to hold my case till sent it to immigration, I do not recommend people come to here!!!!!

Currently, I am still working my case with Lucy Lu and she has returned in response with much attention. It has been four months since I have started this process, however, I have not received a response yet from the immigration bureau. I will continue watching close on my case with Lucy until I obtain more results on this matter. Until I have gained a satisfactory service from her, I will abstain from changing my rating as I deem appropriate for my particular situation in dealing with Lucy Lu.

I used Lucy as my Green Card attorney because someone recommended her to me. I was a little hesitate at first because we are based in different cities. However, after a few conversations with her I felt the communication went very smoothly and she explained everything in great details. During the whole process whenever I had any questions, her response was always prompt and professional. After 5 months my Green Card application was approved but the card was not issued at the same time. I was very worried if there would be any issue and she comforted me saying this is normal and I should be fine just waiting. After another month I got my card from USCIS and a congratulation package from Lucy. :)

I have been watching this law firm slowly bleed my friend. He was quoted one price 2 yrs ago for something he was told would take 6 months. It is now 3yrs later and has now paid 4xs more than what he was quoted,though nothing with his case has changed in any way. Today he has been sent another letter requiring another couple of thousand dollars with no end in site to his situation being resolved.
Since I can't find a way to reply to Lucy's reply,I'll do it here. I do know the intricacies of my friends case. I am bilingual and he speaks no English so I have been with him on this since day one. The fees are not transparent,nor are the procedures involved to resolution.. Btw,I have copies of all his paperwork,including the letter you claim was never sent. If you're truly interested in proof,I'll be very happy to send a copy of that document and Amy others you claim weren't sent.

Before I chose Lucy Lu as my attorney for GC application I spent couple of weeks reading reviews of immigration law firms. Found out that this firm had successful records on GC applications that similar to my field of research, also considered its location which is close to me so I called her. Unlike other firms that insist me to go to their office for a detail discussion (some may only offer 45 minutes for free), Lucy asked my background, experiences and achievements on the phone and discussed in details. Then she told me that she was sure that I am qualify for an EB1A. It took about 7 months for the entire process, during which there were always timely communications. When finally I got the card, it came with a well organized document bundle with all documents categorized and labeled! I strongly recommend this firm if you are looking hard to find a well knowledgeable, well organized and well communicated immigration law firm. BTW, the fee is pretty fair among all firms I had consulted.

Horrible customer service! Scheduled a consult 3weeks out (which is fine as i am sure they are busy). My meeting is at 9.30 and at 10am I am still waiting for the call. I call then call then to ask what is going on and they said someone is going to call you right back. 30 min later I had to call AGAIN and same situation. No professionalism at all. Why would anyone give them their money.

Scheduled a consultation appointment and on the appointment date there were 3 notifications sent from Lucy Lu & Associates, 24 hours, an hour, and 10 minutes before the appointment as reminders.
Appointment was scheduled for 3:00 - 3:30 PM but I went in to wait at 2PM because I didn't want to be late and respected her time. However, I waited until 3:45PM and during my wait no one updated me anything on the delay.
I left and then was called by Lucy Lu, who explained that the delay was caused by a "computer issue". Although she offered to reschedule, my first impression, together with many other negative reviews here, steered me away from this firm.
My experience was 3 hours (together with commute to the very busy Lenox area) wasted at Lucy Lu's.
Would not personally recommend; it has been a waste of time for me.
