EDIT: I did not relocate, and I never received my money. My home of record is the exact same as it has been for years.
The worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I can't give you the runaround when you want to close your account and are very slow to respond.

I have used a couple of investment companies in the past with different employers with far better service. I needed a hardship dispersement with fidelity which I once had and funds were received in 3 days. We are purchasing a house and need funds and lt trust is taking 2 weeks. Ridiculous.
LT has been great to work with and they have been very responsive to our needs. I would highly recommend working with them. Their team is knowledgable and professional.
If I could put lower than 1 star I would. I've been trying to get MY money out for over 1 month, no one will call me or email me back, and when I call they have zero answers for me. I've never dealt with such poor customer service in my life, and I'm at the point where I'm not even sure If they have my money.
I have maintained accounts at LT Trust for the past 10 years. They have taken excellent care of me; always available to help. Very professional yet friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
I liked them! Everything was fine for the years that I contributed, but unfortunately during the rollover process LT Trust did not provide the level of service that I have received from other institutions during the same process. No communication from LT Trust. The burden is on you to contact them if you want information on the status of your rollover. When there was a delay (still have no idea the reason they delayed my rollover) they did not inform me. I had to call them, endure long holds, and still got no information. I'm still waiting for funds and my account was distributed over a week ago. The whole process is on week 4. Why do they take so long? Very stressful due to their lack of communication is how I would describe my experience with LT Trust.
This place had the worst communication skills I ve ever dealt with. I would assume they deal with large sums of money regularly, but I would more confidently entrust my money to a somewhat knowledgeable 6th grader. I called this company every week for almost two months. Nobody could ever get anything figured out. They stalled me this way for so long that it affected what I was able to due with my ( what was supposed to have been) a rollover. Also the one staff members Hasenta was especially rude, dismissive and almost aggressive at times. This kind of thing shouldn t be this difficult.
We have worked with LT Trust and it s predecessor companies for more than 30 years. It s personnel, policies and follow through have always been five star. Once you have completed all the required paperwork (as needed by any such fiduciary company), turnaround time is quick. Responsive and helpful customer service folks are always available business hours by phone or email. Many of the staff have been there long term, which speaks well of the company. LT specializes in alternative assets and that department is competent, thorough and off the charts spectacular. Highly recommend.
I could not be more frustrated with a service provider. I had an account with LT Trust and have been trying for almost a month to withdraw the funds. They charged me $75 to process the transaction, then sent a check in the regular mail without any kind of tracking number and the check is now lost. I called this morning to try and get help and they said they could resend the check with tracking for an additional $35. It's infuriating that for $75, they'll send someone's money in the mail without any way to track it and then try to upcharge you for a more secure shipping method. Additionally, there were a couple of forms I asked them to fill out as part of the process and after three weeks of trying to get a copy of the forms back, I just discovered they completely ignored the instructions and bungled them up. They're a bank and they have you at a disadvantage, and apparently they're intent on sucking every penny out of you that they can despite delivering subpar service.
