I had an appointment set up to avoid a wait. Which was recommended for service. I ended up waiting for over 3 hours for the oil change.

My Husband and I just bought a New Honda Passport. Working with the people at Honda World especially Semsa, our sales person was a GREAT experience. They really paid attention of what type of vehicle you are looking for. Very friendly and respectful. Would recommend Honda World to everyone!!

I was given a MUCH lower price for service than at a competing dealership. The advisor was very informative and my vehicle was ready about an hour ahead of time. We'll definitely go there for service again.

What a beautiful service department shop they have. It is clean, bright, cool and extremely well ventilated. My service advisor was friendly, very courteous and professional and took care of my issue right away. The waiting room was well lit, large and has plenty of comfortable seating. The restrooms were amazing - beautiful, clean and large enough to accommodate a lot of people at once. What a great experience! Well done Honda World!

We recently bought a vehicle at Honda World and it was an easy and fast progress. We ended up having issues with our 2021 CR-V and immediately scheduled service with them. Once we discussed the issues with customer service with Honda World we were notified that we would have to pay out of pocket to fix the issues of our NEW vehicle.

Meanwhile we continued to go to our scheduled service, having to leave the vehicle there for a day or so to be told they DID NOT have the parts to fix our car after communicating with them about the issues months ahead of time since they were booked. Ridiculous, I d suggest a different auto dealership

I drove 3+ hours because they had the van I wanted. Jordan, Brook and John all were exceptionally aware of my time constraints and the need to get back on the road as soon as possible.

They went out of their way to get me going very quickly. I appreciate how easy they were to work with and their respect for my time.

I'll be making several trips to Louisville (which is why I needed a new car) and will definitely try their service department.

Once again, a great experience at Honda World. Tim, the Parts Manager, was able and willing to help me swap some parts and order other hard-to-find things for me. Friendly. Courteous. Efficient. As were the service guys who did the installation. Great experiences every time I've visited. Keep up the good work, guys!

The service advisors at Honda World have always been great. On my recent visit for routine checkup and oil change, Seth was friendly and knowledgeable in his recommendations. He also kept me updated on the progress and took the time to educate me on why brake flushes were important and also about a recommendation that the maintenance tech had made. Thanks, Seth! Also, their waiting room is comfortable, spacious, and clean.

Being the first time going to Louisville Honda World Service Center I was not sure how the process worked but Ms. Ann Mack welcomed my wife and I as soon as we arrived and she walked us through the process step by step from beginning to end. She is truly an outstanding customer service representative of Honda World Service Center. I cannot imagine anyone could do a better job. She is very knowledgeable of the types of services required for our Honda Fit and at what intervals. She ensured we left with our car fully up to date on all services and was safe to drive on the road for the long term. Thanks to her excellent service and care we are looking forward to our next trip to Louisville Honda World Service Center. Keep up the great work!

Just an outstanding experience. Replaced AC condenser and cooling coil under dash. Less expensive at Honda World than with my regular
small shop mechanic. Everyone was courteous and friendly. They have earned my trust and future Honda repair work. Special thanks to Debra service attendant and to technician who did a great job. (Didn t get to meet the tech, but job well done
