You had 3 chances to respond via your websites home page where I completed the "Contact us form" On 3 sperate occasions
I took MY VALUABLE TIME to complete it Again, again & again. The product is now holding my bin down & stops it being blown away. As your in no rush to even acknowledge my emails or collect, you will find it @ the bottom of the bin when you do find the time and pull your fingers out of your hole

Terrible terrible company avoid like the plague, can never get any sense ignore all emails still waiting for refund, been on to ebay who are trying to resolve it, if you want to give your money away then deal with this company

I deliver parcels (that I am paid 40 pence each) these toe rags sellotaped 5 parcels together and stuck 1 label on so they only have to pay for 1...it is the delivery guy you are screwing.

Ordered a wall light on a Wednesday evening which arrived within 48hrs at 2pm on a Friday- but glass broken. Contacted them by email as phone lines not manned due to Covid. They had sent a new one by 4pm on Friday -to arrive Monday. Great service. Beautiful wall light- copper bulkhead. Ordered from valuelights which is owned by LSE
