Excellent! There is everything. It is worth visiting and buying.

Customer servise is terrible, sales people are slow

Worst experience ever. Bought a seiko watch at the Aventura mall to a person named Renee. She was extremely nice. Then other person working at the store named Joanna complained for almost an hour saying we were not her customers and that she had no responsibility of sizing the watch for us. After two hours trying to size the watch she gave it back to us and literally ran away. Long story short, she broke the watch and the bracelet. Do not buy watches from these people or at least find competent people to do the sizing. I m currently out of the country and can t return it. Just wondering what the managers of this Macy s store think??? I have bought over 5 watches at Macys at different parts of the country and never found people more rude or incompetent. Btw. The whole time Joanna was sizing or breaking the watch she was complaining , almost yelling about Renee to all of her coworkers in front of us. Extremely unprofessional. You just lost a long time customer.

A huge mall that sells everything and even cars (Tesla). A large selection of different stores and with different prices, everyone will find what he is looking for. You can always have a bite to eat in the food area - the choice of cooked food is quite large.

Way overpriced. Same stuff can be found in this same mall for 35% to 50% off.

Doesn't even deserve a Star, the Fashion Fair Cashier, 3/11/18.. I saw her doing a facial when I got there so I patiently waited for 30 minutes or more. When she finally decided to assist me..she tried to sell me the wrong product. So unprofessional, talking so long and even order breakfast and look like she was in a hurry to go eat. So when is the customer not important again? Remember if we don't go ur business will go down. Bad customer service. Horrible. I bought my product at Clinique becauae the lady wanted to serve me. Thanks Clinique.

Not the most helpful place. I was searching for a watch, and ironically, no one was able to point me to the brand. I walked around and around the display cases, no one ever asked me if I needed help,. After I found the brand I was looking for a, a guy came over and just stood there, didn't ask me if I wanted to see the watches or anything... I guess commission doesn't do the trick in this store.

Classic store in which I recommend you search and walk before buying. There are always excellent opportunities impossible not to buy.

El cirio you have many clothing accessory stores, there are everything at a reasonable price, the place is beautiful, the truth is a beautiful square, I have no complaints, only that the truth has to have more staff who speak Spanish since there are many Latinos who go to That store I have no problem because I master the language to hold a conversation.

Great selection perfumes and clothing. Bit expensive, look for sales.

There's always discounting items but you can always use the discounts

This location has the best Last Act collection for clothes ever....Times Square has the best Last Act for shoes. Absolutely love this aspect of the store.

Jasmine at the clinque counter is wonderful! Such beautiful energy/personality.

It is disgustingly shameful how poor and terrible customer service is at this retailer. The employees are dry, rude and unhelpful. There must be something happening within the company as their employees lack energy. I miss the old Burdines here in Florida that got bought out by Macy s, who came in to mess the customer experience making it horrible. Some of these employees should quit and go work at a flea market or a pawn shop. Hey, if you don t like your job and are going to be miserably depressed, get another one.

We went there to buy a Fitbit watch ,and because nobody knew where the key to the kiosk was, we had to leave without buying the watch. Disaster!!
