Purchased a hot tub in July 2020 with filters and chemicals and never received them. I have called and emailed the office in Chattanooga and also an Johnson City more than 20 times and they completely ignore me and will not return any calls nor emails. They have very poor customer service and will not answer your phone call nor respond.

Months due to the filtering system is a weak design and the water doesn't get hot enough a lot of problems with their service departments and managers that ignore you and blow you off sorry I made this purchase I threw away 4 years of savings for this piece of junk

Have had the hot tub since the week before Christmas. The day after Christmas, the topside control went up. It took 3 weeks to get a new one. The topside control just went up again last week. Got a new one, but they sent the wrong one. Pump is running but can't see or set temperature. The service department is a joke. I do not recommend this company at all!

I would have given them zero stars if it was an option. LPI is in the practice of hiring contractors to complete work orders and then not paying the contractor. LPI has also taken advantage of customers. LPI IS GUILTY OF THEFT BY SERVICES AND CAN NOT BE TRUSTED. THEY HAVE OWED OUR COMPANY FOR OVER 30 DAYS AND YESTERDAY WHEN I CALLED TO COLLECT THEY STATED THEY WILL NOT PAY OUR COMPANY. CONTRACTORS, SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.

TERRIBLE! I ordered a tub and paid expedited shipping. My builder was told multiple times to be ready for shipment on certain dates only to find out that it hadn't shipped at all. A month later a cracked tub showed up. Not only do I not have a tub, but no bathroom and was told I would need to wait another 2 weeks for them to try again. No thanks!

I bought a hot tub . It was a bath tub instead. I asked for a shower and got a toilet. Worse service ever. I have been disappointed in this company considering I own it.

I have had the worst customer experience in my life. After 2 weeks of trying to get someone to help me troubleshoot they said I needed a $600 part. I bought it and it is now 6 weeks later and they have not shipped. I can not get a straight answer and now they are ignoring any communication.

Hot tub came in 6 weeks late, the cover was ripped, the control panel broke after 3 months I had to replace it they wouldn't, when I was inside the tub the construction was terrible broken screws terrible craftsmanship. Probably the worst money I have ever spent. Don't be cheap spend the extra money on a good name brand tub. Finally the customer service is a zero, they do not return calls ever you just wait on hold forever.

The heater went out after a few months and they did send a new one that I had to replace not an easy task. Then the pump leaked and I have to buy gasket for $146. Now I am going to have to take it apart and somehow figure out how to get back together. Very shoddy construction. Pay a little more up front for quality. I have owned this hot tub for less than two years. CHEAP CONSTRUCTION.

LPI has several different models we were interested in all our questions were answered about each spa working within our budget we got the spa we have been looking for a while very relaxing we enjoy entertaining our family and friends

The worst customer service I have ever experienced! I ordered a hot tub 8 and a half weeks ago. My sales rep had told me it would be delivered within 5 to 6 weeks. When I called him to check on it at 5 weeks he was extremely rude and made it very clear he was disgusted that I called. I waited another two weeks and emailed to find out the status and received no info. over the last week I have sent 4 emails, and left two voicemails trying to get an update on my purchase. I finally received an email today stating that it will go into production in another 3 to 4 weeks. So I have waited 8 and a half weeks and my hot tub still isnt even close to being in production yet when it would have been delivered to me 2 to three weeks ago. Unacceptable!

Still waiting on bulbs for tanning bed. I ordered 11 days ago only to find out that somehow they got overlooked in shipping dept. They haven't even shipped yet. I was promised on Thursday that they would ship Friday. Didn't happen...still waiting! I won't be using this company ever again!

Don t just walk away from this company, run! They offer the world, and can t provide even a sub par level of customer service. If I could give negative stars I would, they are just that bad. I ordered a tub promised 3weeks lead time, order was placed March 1st 2019 it s now April 21st 2019, still no tub and good luck getting someone on the phone, or email. Every now and again you might get a text message from someone saying they can t talk, weird I know but aparantly they run a multi million dollar buisness off of cell phones, can someone say scam? I turned them into fraud through my bank to try and get my money back. Don t make my mistake believe the reviews!

Justin Miller does not, can not, will not provide quality service repair arrangements or technician in South Carolina. Purchased HG 32 September 25, 2020... stopped working, October 21, 2020..(will not power up).... created service order October 21, 2020...Lpi has no contracted warranty technician in South Carolina or Lpi technician in South Carolina... Service department will not answer phone or emails.... as a US Army veteran...they should be embarrassed and ashamed to proclaim made in the USA!!!

Absolutely amazing service tech support is second to none. My sales rep Marty boasted how their service and the price couldn't be beat. I shopped around for months and finally settled on LPI Catalina. It arrived early and was beautiful. The delivery guy accidentally dinged the panel and broke the seal on the stereo i I called Marty and he got it taken carw of within a week. They have 24 hr 365 support that helped me during installation and everytime i had a question they are there. Could bot be happier with purchase and I have total peace of mind that if something happened they would be there to back there product. Recommend for sure

Had a Catalina hot tub delivered 2 months ago. It leaked right away. Contacted LPI and they put in a request. Over a week later they found someone. Waited a couple days and didn't hear anything. Called the company to find out he was 3 hours from me and wouldn t make the trip which is understandable. I then called LPI again and they put out another search. 2 weeks later they find someone else. There is no phone number to contact this person. I had to ask LPI for the number since I have to reach out. Looking at google maps this person works out of his house not a building. The warranty is joke and I m not sure this will ever get fixed.

Edit: someone finally came out, but they couldn t find the leak. Now they are looking for a factory tech

Our sales representative Scotty ROCKED! It's so scary purchasing such a high ticketed item on the web. He really went out of the way in assisting us purchasing our spa. We ordered the X-3 an have been pleased with our purchase. I have owned this hot tub/spa for A few months now and have no complaints. I can say the quality is excellent and the value is one of the best in the market. Special ordering couldn t be easier. The manufacturer was VERY personable and offered additional options. The delivery experience was went smooth one panel was damaged I called the MFG an the service department had sent me tracking letting me kno one was on the way the next day!! Its Super Durable, Easy to Clean, Lots of Features, Sturdy, High Quality, Looks Great, Stylish, Good Size & Weight, Nice Design. I would highly recommend this company.
