Horrible experience, I ordered online a laminated PERGO floor, everything went smooth, it was in stock, the order was scheduled, waited for the floor 2 weeks and then at the day of the planned delivery called the store to check on the status of the delivery and they told me that the floor was not available at the moment, and they did not call me in advance or send me an email or anything, I needed to call them to check on the status, very very very bad service experience, now we wasted two weeks... we have a baby coming and this only mess with our plans.

You need to hire a service experience designer.

Went to Lowe s to purchase a washer. When I arrived in the appliance section the employee at the desk in walked off. It was no big deal because I hadn t picked the washer I wanted. I finally found the washer and I stood by the employee s desk. I waited for over 30 minutes with no help. There was a button near the desk that is supposed to let an associate know you need help. I hit that button over 10 times.

I flagged down other associates and the answer I got was he ll be back or he must be busy . I m unsure why any of those employees couldn t just ring me up so I can just buy the washer and leave.

Terrible, Terrible service by the staff, but more than that it s an utter and complete failure by management. The operations of the store are in need of better oversight.

Appliances: Lowes on Brodie Lane had floor models ...

Appliances: Lowes on Brodie Lane had floor models with price tags displayed, yet they refuse to sell any of these if the model is the last one and no more in stock, with new models not yet in stock either!! Then WHY is there a price tag on it if they don't want to sell it??! They told us that WE had to call each Lowes in our area to see if any other store would sell one in their stock. Absolutely absurd! Their database and customer service should be doing the work to know inventory throughout regional Lowes and sell their products to the customer!

At Lowes Bee Cave: When we were finally able to purchase an appliance after escalating to a manager, then the appliance salesperson rudely refused to deliver it. Again escalated to a manager and arranged free delivery as advertised on Lowes, only to find out that now their delivery service is outsourced to a third party -- That delivery did NOT SHOW UP on the promised delivery day and the Lowes Delivery Department made no attempt to fix the situation other than the staff complained about the delivery service they use. THEN WHY ARE THEY SUBCONTRACTING WITH AN UNRELIABLE SERVICE?!
Worst purchase experience ever and my family will never buy appliances from Lowes ever again.

I ve waited 5 months to post a review in hopes of ...

I ve waited 5 months to post a review in hopes of having someone resolve the situation...still, today, nothing. I ve talked with no less than 5 different employees at supervisor levels, always in a professional and patient manner, each making promises of callbacks and resolutions neither of which have occurred.
I had laminate floors installed in my daughters room as her Christmas gift. It s May and we still don t have the transition pieces for the doorways (closet, bathroom and hallway). The project is incomplete despite having been paid for in full on December 28th, 2020.
The flooring department is a disaster. I do not recommend hiring Lowe s for a flooring project unless you re into broken promises, no communication and jobs not completed.

Had to buy a new fridge when old one quit overnight & needed one asap that was available in stock. I gave the website info l found to the Lowe's appliance person, Norman who was very helpful in locating it in the warehouse & getting it ready to be picked up by my son. Many thanks.

We just moved to TX and bought a new house, so we'...

We just moved to TX and bought a new house, so we've been spending a lot of time and money at Lowe's. We've always received great customer service and help finding what we're looking for. We ordered custom blinds for our new home and loved working with Susanne Rodriguez. We even got our blinds delivered and installed a week and a half earlier than our quoted arrival date!

I took my mom to Lowe's to pick up some things for...

I took my mom to Lowe's to pick up some things for her garden. There plant selection was huge, and there were also some mark down plants (which I love!) The plant area was laid out nicely, items marked clearly, and easy ti navigate. One downside, not many staff. The checkout guy was helpful, but we waited almost 10 minutes in line on a Sunday, late morning, which seemed like too long. We also had to wait for someone to help load soil and compost into the car. Other than waiting, this store was awesome. It was clean, the employees were friendly, and helpful with questions. Overall good experience.
