Was very satisfied with the products and quality along with a timely receipt of my new deck setup

I would never do business with this company. Communication with the owner and one of the sales representatives there was terrible. I would email questions and would get a response back no earlier than 4 days later, and the response would not even cover my questions at all. Talking to the owner on the phone or by email is just as bad also. He would repeatedly say that he would look into your questions and give a time and date in which he would get back with you, but he Never does!!! This company was impossible to do business with. What I am now writing is not even half of what went on. If anyone reading this does not believe me, reach out to me. I have all the emails to show as proof. Please don't waste y'all time and money.

Awesome service with extremely low prices compared to other shops.

In all honesty I would never consider doing business with these guys again. It was an awful experience that we're still having to deal with. We paid them half up front, as was required, and then waited more than 2 months for them to even prepare for production. We even had to send them one of our personal boards that they were using to create our boards from and 2 months after having to cancel the order with them we still haven't received our board back or the money we paid. They've told us several times they were sending it back to us but each time nothing was done. Eventually we had to dispute the claim with the credit card company just so we could get reimbursed. They are the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with and believe me when I say that we were not a demanding client at all. We went through them because we were interested in having our boards built by the woodchuck factory we saw online but they couldn't create a simple board without guide shaping holes which is something most other companies/factories can do with no problem. Maybe the experience is different if you're able to go into the shop be there to get on them about getting to work but if you're thinking about working with them and communicating by phone and by email, forget it. Unless you're cool with getting one word email replies that don't answer any of your questions, are willing to wait several months longer than they initially tell you, are unable to produce a simple board that they have a sample of sitting in front of them, and don't care about being refunded your money after they do no work for you. If that's your thing though, they're perfect.

These people sell you clothes via the OASAP website the item does not arrive in 3 days as claimed later they ship it 4 weeks late and when you contest the purchase they say we'll refund it if you ship it to China which costs $140 about $18 more than the item. Be careful it's a scam. So if they sold it from the US you should be able to return it to them not to China. Don't buy from OSAP or any other business they represent

The staff is highly knowledgeable and they have a quality product!
