This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a machine weeks ago, was charged Immediately for it by credit card. Charge went through even before I hung up the phone. Paul the salesperson said I would be getting the machine in about a week and the covid test units to follow. I made it clear that time was of the essence. Paul failed to find out that the office address was flagged for no good reason which caused a delay. Fast forward I did it get anything. They are playing the blame game. Bad mouthing BD because they messed up the address issue. Badmouthing everyone and taking no blame for themselves. I can see from the other reviews that this company is shady at best. However the lying and misrepresentation is disturbing and actionable. Needless to say Paul is a Salesman and once he has your money that is the end. The company is hardly better. I would stay away from this company. This is probably the worst experience I have ever had with a medical supply company in 40 years of being in business. They should say a lot. Stay away. And if you are similarly unhappy I will be posting a website to allow the public to hear what it is like dealing with this company so people s livelihoods are not damaged by lying and misinformation.

Anthony Verna is a great sales rep. He has been exceptionally helpful during COVID and all the shortages with supplies at our center. It s great to be able to text him and get supplies delivered the following day. Dealmed is reliable and has great customer service and products.

Our clinic has been working with Dealmed for many years, we have never encounter any issues. They are reliable, organized. Dealmed has a great customer service. During the Covid-19 our representative Paul Berman was able to help us get everything we need. He always replies to our emails quick and solve any issues we have.

The company is not transparent with their dealings. The Sales Rep Tom Graham and his manager were quick to sell their products and wash off their hands. I will never purchase anything from them ever again.

This company does not know how to take care of its clients. We have been ordering gloves from them for a couple of years now and our usual order is 10 boxes. Yesterday I tried to reorder the same number of boxes but the sales rep said he will only give me one box because they are allocating the gloves. The shipping is $11 and the item is about 6 dollars so I told him this doesn t make sense because now the shipping is more expensive than a box of gloves. The sales rep said yes that s true so I said take our company off your list I will go to another supplier. He had the gall to say, we sell other devices too. I said no thank you. I will bring my money somewhere. Be careful doing business with them. They can t help you in times of need.
